    So today is rest day for me since starting my new plan!! Let’s just say WOW!! Things are feeling really good! And can’t wait to train again tomorrow!!
    Though as it is rest day today, I’m going to try and get some more work done on my coaching business as well as getting things ready for the week ahead!

    although im not sure when the start and the end is? I have no set training days….I don’t have a weekend…I don’t have days off work….so when does one end and one begin?

    high inc db – 45kg x 6…40kg x 9
    inc bb – 101kg x 4….83.5kg x 11
    narrow smith – 51.25kg each side x 5…41.25kg each side x 9
    flat db fly – 25kg x 11….30kg x 8…22.5kg x 12
    stretch
    rope pushdown – 3 sets, 7,8,13
    machine side raise – 2 sets, 12, 16
    upright row on the smith – 2 sets, 8, 17
    stretch
    dual db leaning again the smith – 16kg x 7…13,5 kg x 9…12kg x 9
    stretch
    ab crunch – 2 sets
