FRIDAY- SHOW DAY

One last dance ☺️?

So beyond grateful and excited to step on stage again.

Woke up at the lightest I have been this entire prep after the exact same peak week plan as last week.
Just tighter, drier.
Awaiting feedback from Ms. Ice Queen as to contingency plan for the day but I assume it’s the same as last week also.

Also also- I have THE most amazing bowel moment this morning OH MY GOD. Like I weighed myself when I woke up amd was like WTF.
137.0lbs bang on.

Then did my check, had my ACV and Lemon. And my coffee shot. Then boom.

Weighed myself again.. 136.7lbs ? major WTF.

Anyways- make up being done this morning by the beautiful Katie Christian Johal… I’m so excited… I’m totally going to fan girl over her ??? the touch ups the chiiiillll and eat until show time 🙂 x

Tan is on – Liquid Sun Rays… it’s beautiful and so dark. I love it.

Eating my last meal and heading to bed. So damn excited. I feel like once you have your tan on everything starts to get real.
