Last cardio session tomorrow.
Wow am I tired today ? I didn’t sleep a WINK last night. So just stayed up all night and drove to the airport at 4:10 to be there for 5:10am to check bags and what not etc. Surprisingly the plane was PACKED… Landed in Stansted at 8:10am.
And I somehow made it to my air bnb without making a mistake and getting lost ? don’t ask me how. I have THE worst sense of direction, like, I get lost using google maps ??Unpacked straight away, and repacked my gym bag to get down and do cardio. Bought a weeks pass at a PureGym just around the corner from the flat.
Another box ticked.
Went and did a food shop after cardio then. Was dieing and feeling pretty shit at this stage ? back to the house to prep a meal and scoff it down. Chilled for 5 minutes and then out again to Tesco for another couple of bits. Will have to go again tomorrow.Training tomorrow! Pump session. Last cardio tomorrow. Weird saying that …
My eyes are starting to close now… have been awake for 48hours.. fingers crossed I sleep tonight ??
Also- a cool little comparison of this week two years ago. 20lbs of stage weight. It’s mad saying that out loud an doesn’t se real to be honest. But it’s right there in front of me. And for that I am proud. No matter what happens

Yes – carbs are gone to nothing basically ? I’ll update with the plan tomorrow. Everything is tentative obviously and we are doing daily check ins and going from there each morning.
Have my last cardio on Tuesday, lower/upper pump session also. And last upper body pump on Thursday!
A little/slight carb up on Friday with some water and sodium cutting too 🙂Thank you for asking!☺️?

Woke up a little tighter.
Last HEAVY upper body day. It went, again, surprisingly well. Progressions on all exercises. Micro progressions, but nonetheless I’m still baffled at this whole process and how Corinne has witchcrafted everything.
Again, my feelings of bewilderment feeling so not death like. But, I’ve stopped stressing, worrying, fearing the upcoming week. I want to enjoy myself. And just cannot explain how happy I am right now.
Upper Session as follows:
High Incline Machine press x8, x12 (up 1.25kg +1 rep on both) we love a good start to a sesh 🙂
High Incline Smith Press- as quiet as the gym was, some HUN demanded using the smith for her 20kg squats, lunges etc… so I used a different Hugh incline machine press which mimicked the smith press set up. 55kg x10, 60kg x6 (never got that before on this machine!!)
Finally got round to robbing the smith of your one….
High Incline Smith Press 55kg x10 (up 2.5kg) probably shouldn’t have done this after already accumulating volume on the other HIMP.
Narrow smith press x10 x9 (up 2 reps each set)
Low incline lying cuffed side raises x9 and a half , x15 (up 5kg on each)
SA tricep rope push down – x12/12 (up 5kg)
STRETCH
Lat pull down straight wide bar- surprised myself here! ? went for my topset first and I made it my back off ? 68kg x14, 73kg x10…. ’twas a battle to grapple the legaroos underneath the pad and get into position but the connection and form was mint.
Strict T- Bar x 15 (up 4kg), x10 (up 2 reps)
Banded Chin x 15 (deadstop each rep -up 2 reps)
Seated row x15 (up 5kg)
Seated cable rear delts x10, 12
STRETCH
Abs crunch RP.20mins stairs.

Always chasing that death like feeling as that has somehow become the “how to” on prep ? feeling like I’m doing something terribly wrong the past week ??

Well…. here we have it.
7 days out from Ben Weider and my first Figure competition.
I’m finally feeling calmer, less stressed, and worry free. I’ve done what I can do. I did what I was told.
Today- last HEAVY HEAVY lower session. And I progressed everything. Carbs are scarce… like proper scare. Calories are lowest they ever have been.
Hit an all time PB on my first exercise. A great start to the session which continued on for the duration of today.
I literally cannot believe it. I cried after hitting that first exercise.
Biceps- who cares.
DB Hamstring curl- 42.5kg x10, 37.5kg x 17. NEVER DONE THAT BEFORE.
Adductor- played safe here as hurt it last week. Still niggly. X10
Leg press x15, x8
Paused Smith ATG- 80kg x12, 90kg x8
BB glute bridge 140kg x12, 160kg x10, all reps pause at top, last rep 10 sec iso because I hate myself x
GHR x23
Adductor x20
SL ham curl RP x12, x8, x6
Hanging leg raises x 2
Calves DC x 8
Superb 🙂
Peak week “plan” has been received. Everything tentative obviously. Daily check ins are a go.
Flying out to London Stansted Monday morning. Then a train to the Airbnb.

By the time I was off stage and back at the hotel it was nearly midnight, so was a bowl of Oats, whey and Almond butter!
The next day was slightly more exciting with an authentic italian pizza and New York Cheesecake on the way home ?

Morning 🙂
Woke at 3:30am and couldn’t get back to sleep. A solid 4 hours sleep. Rest day today, so 1 hour cardio am and 30mins pm
10 days out. Decided to get up and have coffee at 4:45am and watch Megs live replay. I could listen to her talk all day. Decided to treat myself to driving into the gym this morning for cardio haha. Was on the stair master, couldn’t get my heart rate high enough without risking falling off the same thing, so high incline walk on treadmill it is and seems to be doing the trick.
Getting very excited for the shows now as another Irish girl is going. (I say girl but she’s a full blown lady) and we plan on meeting for coffee and driving to muscle works to see Rhea for one last posing session before the show. She’s also going to the Alicante show, so she asked me if I’d like to share her Airbnb with her and the couple of guys she’s going with too. I’m delighted and even more excited now than ever as I was genuinely a little frightened going on my own to a show in Spain…. especially with prep brain.
Anyways, hunger is high. Sleep is non existent. Just determined to stop stressing/worrying and let what may.
