Also interested in the diet change as well jp, you said in your video you will try have “better” foods until your appetite stalls and there is a need to add sorbets and rice crispy bars but does it really matter in terms of building muscle and a physique?

Hi jp, just a few questions,
You said on your Insta story you would be doing the reverse banded v squat 3x a week but only doing P/P/L so where are you putting the 3rd session in?

And a what point my did you think you needed to add insulin back into protocol after your rebound? Could you not have gone a few months without it better saving it for later or?

Hi Jordan just saw recently on instagram someone im sure you know who is now doing rebound under milso, undergo a very aggressive rebound smashing carbs, high protein and v hard training, what are your thoughts on this approach??

I also thought take it slow for 6-8weeks slowly increasing cals when needed.

Hi jp, just in regards to stretching, I understand the dc style stretch for pecs (iv seen you do it in a video before) but how do you do your tricep and delt stretches? Even lats ect…?
I have purchased the FT training ebook and in that it has 3 different types of stretching that could create more metabolic stress and thus hypertrophy if it occludes blood flow. Was just wondering what types you did and how!!!
    Thanks mate

Just add on from my other comment about upper lower training jp, I remember when you prioritised back in upper by doing them first then going to the push part of the session, was it only during prep you stated to lose strength on push and put it first in the workout???. This off season I want to focus on back and doing upper lower, starting with 3exercises for back good??

Hi jp, you said that post comp (when u were going to do it) that you would run upper/lower split for 6weeks as you pushed cals up. Just wondering why you still aren’t going to do this, as in a higher frequency per bodypart per week with all the cals your adding in now.

So for your post comp doing upper/lower rest split
It’s more frequency but can’t train a body part with as many exercises, so will it just be 2 heavy compounds for back, chest shoulders and that’s it every upper day?! Or how does it work
Also do you rotate what your first muscle group will be trained for max strength, for e.g starting with chest it will be stronger than doing back and shoulders first then Hitting chest
