I was the same gents, used ROHM test E from the same source back in December.
I ran out of SIS labs (which was decent gear) so I tried out ROHM. My test prior to using Rohm was 102nmol and using the same dose for 3/4 weeks with the ROHM test brought me down to 33nmol. Lucky I did bloods though as I was likely to come down even further.
Photos added for evidence. Also nearly crashed my estrogen due to taking an AI on fake gear
yeah man you would of ended up like me with really low testosterone, luckily I was taking any Ai otherwise I would of been screwed.just got some SIS so hopefully it will be a good one

Right quad. Swelled up, bright red and hot to touch. Left it but got worse so had to go docs who gave flucloxacillin for a week which sorted it out. I think often it’s if you hit a nerve though you get a bad reaction and can cause inflammation. If you feel feverish though this can be sign of infection.
