You said you did 120×9-12-12-13, weight was 120 for all sets i believe so you just did one to test your reps range, and your last set was 0 rir?

For the prolactin is there a way to decrease it naturally? i heard Maca and vit B6 are suggested. Got any experiences?

I had the same issue.
Dunno how but when i changed my last meal with some whey inside a bowl of Cereals (my post post wo meal) i menage to sleep till morning with no issues -
Thanks Jdh, that is the issue though. She really never trained seriously at all, she is just that gifted to build muscles easy.

Its beutifull what you said Corinne. That is not showing weakness, that is having high expectations and being worried to disappoint others before ourselves.
Like johng said if you are noy ready for the targeted show pick up the next one.Dont rush things, you did what was needed to become more competitive.
You didnt do it couze you lacked work ethic or slacked with wo or diet. It was needed.Like my old coach was used to say “now shut the fuck up and go get whats yours” ????
