in the last upper session you posted there are like 18 different exercise.
How do you approach your working sets? Warming and ramping up only on the first exercise per muscle targeted
or you still follow your warming up routine that you posted a video some time ago?
I’m sure of the pharma quality since getting it from hospital directly, on the other hand my country is so small that i really don’t trust ugl, considering everything pass from like 10 hands and so does the price that comes out utterly high.

Ye but vials are monouse, so i just throw away the 0.4 ml?…
I can’t use 0,6 the first time and the remaining 0,4 on the next pin
