Initially it went playing rugby and there was bruising and ROM was not fantastic. That was 6 weeks ago and just this week able to start pulling some load, everything felt fine, went rugby training to get a feel for it and PING it’s gone again. Not planning on competing anytime soon but about to mini cut.

Also just got the ebook, looked at the tier systems and it states chest/back. Does this mean one or the other or superset? Doesn’t seem to be enough volume surely if it’s one or the other

I had the same, on one side more so. Went to the gp for years about it saying about body image problems and how it’s effecting me mentally. They refused surgery so had to go privately. Set my parents back £5k. The NHS is fucked!

Just wanted to know the basic structure of it, how to implement it, seems abit too good to be true as I do suffer with some bloating issues with certain foods (makes big bags under my eyes like I’ve been punched)

Okay thanks, had a stint last year where ALT was above 130, but due to viral hepatitis so abit cautious and dont want to feel like a dogs ass again

Upper lower split, no more than 6 working sets per muscle group. Next to 0 cardio due to a fairly active job. Find that my BMR is fairly low so calories currently around 2200 losing .5-1kg a week, sitting around 85kg now

What’s your thoughts on high carb diet compared to high fat diets with equal caloric intake in regards to physique? I personally feel that a higher fat diet suppresses my appetite where as high carb makes me extremely hungry all day.
