SG is awesome. Really thin oil. Great prices and all seems to be dosed well

All looks good to me. Personally don’t see the need for casein at all though or HMB, but would like to hear someone else’s opinion on HMB

Is it an Olympic bar your using? They’re for doing snatches and cleans so the bushes spin very easily. Either use a deadlift bar or a power bar they’ll never spin

hey brother. Are you using pharma grade Bayern or other brand? do you think Rohm makes a decent one?[/quote]
Bayern hasn’t produced Proviron for years so any you buy is actually UGL and southern ghost is by far the best proviron I’ve used

I’d choose ROHM. Dosages have always been spot on and oil is always nice and thin. Never heard anything bad about them

Hi Jason, I’ve currently had 12 months off training legs due to severe tendinitis in left knee. After months of physiotherapy we discovered it was due to lack of ankle mobility in that left leg which was distributing the load on the tendons unevenly causing the issue. Of course this may not be the cause of your problem but just make sure your ankle mobility is as good as can be
