I haven’t taken any time off because I feel fucking crazy good and I don’t want to feel anything less , my recovery is INSANE atm , and it can only be from the peptide combo .

I’m also really pleased about PF , I promise you , the goal with that company is literally just to help . If anyone has any issues ever they will be fixed faster than any other company could ever offer . It’s constant hplc tests and making sure people are happy 🙂

Thanks JP, I’ll stay on it and keep the recovery on point.

Smashing it with PF, seriously impressive

I’ve been on it constantly and will have a forced break now I’m travelling for 2 weeks so will see when I return if it’s much different in feeling

How long have you been on it Haider? Do you take 1mg a day? I’m guessing you haven’t felt it drop off? Will be interested to know how you feel after your travels without it.

From those I know running it most seem to keep feeling the benefit both in terms of energy and insulin sensitivity but as with all you won’t know until you play it out yourself 🙂

Fair enough, I’ll have to play it out and see how I feel. Cheers

You can’t get 4ml into the vial , so yes 7.5

I also think if you really want the endurance , get some oral slu too , take the 1mg mots daily , an hour before sessions with 2 caps of slu , I bet you are insaneeeee fitness wise with the combo . I spoke Matt Jansen and he said that combo especially the slu addition made his triathlon training just go mental

Perfect, I’ll start with the 1mg ED and look at ordering some slu too. I haven’t read much about so that’s me for the afternoon researching it 😂

No point in going for 10mg a week then?

Thanks for the super quick reply JP.

I forgot to add I do a lot of endurance work. Regularly running half marathons. Chat gpt was adamant to take 10mg a week for maximum endurance benefits.

If I reconstitute with 3ml then it would be 7.5 units on the syringe as opposed to 10 units with 4ml?

Hello mate, for a lot of time in my gym journey, I have been training 4/5 sets and 12/20 reps which allowed me at that time, with first timer muscle, to build more muscle while keeping a nice technique.

I have gained sufficient muscle mass which lately (last 4 years / out of 10) allow me to reduce volume significantly to increase intensity/weight, thing that was not possible before as the risk of injury was higher due to the low amount of muscle mass.

Today I am at 1 or 2 sets for 8/15 reps and the weight I carry is clearly not a weight I could have lifted from the ground 5 years ago.

Some body parts will need more sets though as we can’t just lift that heavy on smaller muscles.

But it’s all personal, but as Sara said : same for me I have built dense muscle with lower volume and more intensity.

Which is quite funny; as I felt like working out less.

Hey Allison, thanks for this and I appreciate your experience.

I plan on still doing more sets with my compound lifts, I always try to start each session with those bigger lifts so warm the muscles up by doing a few extra sets starting at a low weight and working up to my working set. I then do all following exercises with 4 sets of 8.

I’ve seen a lot of Jordan’s advice of lifting heavy until you reach a number or reps and then upping the weight until less reps are achieved and then focusing on moving that weight over a period of sessions until you can match the reps and repeat. That’s going to be my plan for a few months to see if it benefits me personally.

This is a very individual thing and very much comes down to what someone can take volume wise. I used to have a very high volume approach to my training and grew well, where as now I have a very low volume approach with the primary focus being on intensity, and I’ve grown very well on this set up too. From seeing both sides of the argument , I feel the lower volume and higher intensity is what’s been more beneficial to adding mass to a frame as it’s taught me true intensity – and at the end of the day it’s how you apply yourself in a set that grows the tissue IMO.

Hey Sara, thanks for your opinion and experience. I’m a pretty set in my ways kind of person and have gained good results from my training, however I feel it might be time to change it up slightly and lower the volume while increasing the intensity to see if it works for me. Would you say a period of a few months would be a good time frame to see if the new approach is working? The benefits would mean I can train for the same amount of time early in the morning while adding another body part exercise in without losing sleep by having to get to the gym earlier.

For supps and powders : into the checked bags in freezing bags with name of what it is on each bag and you will be fine

    Creatine included.

Thanks Sara and Phoebe, any thoughts on creatine powder in a loose bag too? That’s the only one I’m a bit nervous about

Supps will be fine to take away. I do exactly the same. Pack my AM & PM supps in little bags and then pop them in my wash bag. Keep taking all health supps all year round

    Cheers Nathan
