Creatine I don’t bother tbh.

Hello mate, in all the destinations
For supps and powders : into the checked bags in freezing bags with name of what it is on each bag and you will be fine
Creatine included.
Thanks Allison

Thanks Sara and Phoebe, any thoughts on creatine powder in a loose bag too? That’s the only one I’m a bit nervous about
-
Supps will be fine to take away. I do exactly the same. Pack my AM & PM supps in little bags and then pop them in my wash bag. Keep taking all health supps all year round
Cheers Nathan

You can dose high for sure but 500mcg daily just rotating sites as needed should do the trick over a 4-6 week period with the TB 500 added.
You can get 5mg BPC IV in one go so that dosage wouldn’t hurt some people report slight nausea with high doses but I’ve had the IV before and was fine
Thanks Nathan, you would definitely recommend using the tb500? I tried it with one course of bpc 157 once and then tried the bpc 157 on its own and didn’t notice much of a difference if any. Although I believe it may of been down to the product not being great
-
I would just do 250mcg in your knee and in your elbow, I’d also add in TB500 5mg weekly, split 2.5mg / 2.5mg subq for overall systemic inflammation
Appreciate the advice Phoebe, how comes you would skip the shin splint injections?

Thanks for the advise chaps

IMO with it just being 3 weeks left I would hold as is.
You won’t see that much of any difference in a mind change to those injectables in just 3 weeks.
Thanks Hilly, that’s what I kind of assumed.
Can a half vial of primo be stored in a drawer for a few months before going again with the 3rd cycle or is it best to bin it and start fresh?

Meant to say ** last 3 week cycle advice **
And
**give a last push for my holiday or stay as is for now **

Split your current dose to daily – this should allow you to keep test levels were it is which us obviously better for progress while reducing E2
Reduce the dose down to 150mg – this will bring you into the normal Test range and based on current numbers E2 into range I would imagine
Cheers for the reply Hilly. I’m not keen on the idea of pinning daily, it’s not particularly enjoyable 🙁
I’m not against lowering dose to 150mg weekly but would be concerned about losing some current strength gains. Currently the strongest I’ve ever been! My calories are about 10 – 15% higher than when I was on the meal plan so that probably helps.
Would you advise against taking 1/4 of a pill of arimidex once or twice a week? I thought about starting with a 1/4 a week and then seeing how I feel after a couple of weeks.
I didnt include an arimidex option bud as I would not advise it for the reason mentioned – if you put it in cholesterol may well trend back bad and you made a specific point of being happy it is good.
If your not willing to pin more often and you dont want to reduce the dose then you could add primo in but again you may well find it skews cholesterol.
got to accept with this stuff something has got to give or you need to do things in a particular way to get the benefits – such as the micro dosing daily jabs.
Yeah I appreciate I can’t have the best of everything while on cycle or cruising. So I have to choose something that has to give a bit.Previously when my cholesterol levels wasn’t great my diet also wasn’t great. Since then my diet has completely changed.
So avoiding pinning daily my options are lower dose, add primo or add arimidex but both the later options could affect cholesterol levels albeit only slightly.
I think that’s the bit I have to accept might not be perfect for now. My diet is good and 95% clean which will soon be 100% again when on cycle so I don’t think Cholesterol levels will get to the same point they were before when my diet was poor.
Appreciate your help and advice as always mate. Thanks for your time 🙏

Cheers Louis and Ryan, appreciate the help!

Thanks for the great advice once again Hilly, it’s really appreciated.
Sounds like a good starting point, I’ll aim for that and check bloods again 6/8 weeks in and look to potentially add some mast in.
-
I always use the ultimate performance blood test from medichecks
Thanks, that’s what I ended up booking
-
I always go with the advanced TRT check via medicheck if needing to order that way and i cant get to E-val
Thanks Hilly, what do you do about the no heavy exercise 48 hours prior to the blood test? My last two blood tests I trained the same morning as the test!
Training the same day is a terrible thing to do lol
If you want an accurate read then resting for 48 Hours is pretty vital and why most suggest doing so.
in reality even 1 days rest may help but if tings come back out of line you wont know if you have an issue or if its just due to training so then you’ll have to pay to re do blood and rest more anyway
So makes sense to simply do the 2 days rest
Yeah it makes sense. I’ll follow the instructions for accurate results. Cheers for the advice
