That’s very surprising it hasn’t got your BP down ! I was talking to my friend yday who is a surgeon but a very well versed doc and he sent me the reaction sheet for a doc for high BP , and the first point of call , is an ACEi or ARB , the ARB that’s popular being telmisartan , which is what a lot of the guys on here use when supps don’t quite cut it and they are pushing hard . Some people though are actually resistant even to that which is then when a CCB ( calcium Chanel blocker ) , like Amlopidine is then prescribed ontop . At

Your BP , they won’t run hormonal tests , so you can not disclose your cycle use , but equally agajn you can just grab yourself some telmisartan at 40-80mg a day and it will very likely get you sorted

It’s actually risen slightly since taking the supplements but I put that down to work being stressful at the moment. For clarification, I’m taking love heart, heart care, cure-coming, vital support, d3&k2, oh mega pharma pro, multi vit, join in.

Thanks, I don’t think I’ll disclose for now. I’ll look into the telmisartan and see if my supplier can get that for me. I appreciate the advice from the main man himself!

If your taking test that your administering yourself without doc supervision, what steps are you taking to lower blood pressure already ? Are you using our health stack? I would never personally waste a GP time with this when simply adding our health stack will sort this , plus cover all your lipid issues too , that’s why I made it , for this exact reason

Hey Jordan, thanks for the reply. I’m currently taking loads of the TBJP supplements that were previously recommended to me by many of the pros on here. It hasn’t helped with the blood pressure readings. I’m only going to the docs as a close friend just lost his Dad to heart issues and they told him if he was on blood pressure medication sooner he would still be alive! Quite scary to hear especially when I have 2 young sons of my own

If you don’t eat anything prior to the gym, I’d hydrate well as you’re doing and have a serving of MPS Max before you go, then sip on Sustain during your session. I’d then have a decent carb/protein whole food meal post workout.

Cheers Clare, done that this morning but instead of sustain I’m using the last bit of the amino-hydrate. I also tried a scoop of dial-in prior to working out. Didn’t notice anything different off one scoop so may up that tomorrow?

Question related to my cycle above. I ran test E at 300mg pinned once a week for 5 weeks then switched to 500mg test E split twice a week for the past 3 weeks.

How long is it recommended to stay at 500mg a week for? I’ve seen some say 8, 12, 16 or 20 weeks. I plan on cruising at around 200mg a week after on a trt dose before going again. I had naturally low testosterone blood readings before starting.

there is no real recommendation – what are the current goals – how long did you intend on staying on cycle for – you could stay on for 20-25 weeks in total if you wish and blood work was good and you were still making progress at a good rate towards your goals
Goals are to build on muscle and continue to reduce BF%. I hit a plateau in the gym and strength wasn’t increasing. Since starting test my strength has massively increased, muscle mass has increased and BF% has dropped big time. I want to continue build on where I’m at ready for a Christmas holiday abroad and feel and look good. I was thinking about tapering off around end November and cruising on trt until January before stepping up again. That will be 16 weeks at 500mg.
Seems sensible to me and totally fine
Hi mate

Genuinely, Join-In has been massive for me.

I’m very beaten up, I didn’t look after myself well when I was strong, and I beat the crap out of my knees and shoulders

Join In makes a genuine genuine difference

If your BP is elevated, I’d double up in love heart. It’s superb!

    Cheers Rich 👍

Baseline supps should be love heart, heart care, vital support, oh mega Pharma pro, creatine k2&d3 and for joints add cure coming, join in, osteo pro

Thanks Kamara, got these ordered now. I’ll look into the osteo pro for the next order.

I would have the following as your essentials:

Oh Mega Pharma Pro, Love Heart, Heart Care, Vital Support, D3&K2, Cure Coming, Join In, Creatine.

In addition to these I would have a decent multi vit/min or Greens Powder with added nutrients such as Veggie-Might or Greens Superfood.

could not agree more with this.

For all of my clients that use any form of AAS I always recommend – TBJP vital support, love heart and heart care along with omega pro and vitamin d3.

these for me are staples in terms of health supplements.

I am also a huge fan of the TBJP greens superfood.
Perfect, all bits above plus some extras have been ordered

I use blood work to determine what supplements clients should use. Clare has outlined the fundamentals.

In my last bloods I only did lipids and hormones. What else would you be checking for? I’m going to be having another blood test in a few weeks. Thanks
I would look suggest testing for; red cells, white cells, kidney function, liver function, protein, diabetes, cholesterol, protein, inflammation, iron, testosterone, thyroid, hormone panel, vitamins, stress
Thanks for the info, I’ll definitely look to check these on my next blood test

Hi Kerry, I think the absolute essentials for me would be a super high quality source of protein such as Iso Pro, next would be a great omega product such as Omega Pharma Pro, if your using test I would 100% recommend using Vital Support & Love Heart especially while using test. Intra workout supplements are always very handy along side pre workouts however not quite essential in my opinion. In these cases you can potentially try and use food to cover those.

Cheers for the advice Louis, I’ve ordered the bits Clare suggested and will take them alongside some of the bits I’m already taking. I’m interested in what Ryan said, and checking where certain levels are in my bloods and making adjustments from there. I’ve never really been into pre-workout drinks. I do sip an intra workout while training first thing and fasted.

Doesn’t make sense running that much hcg when on cycle. When running trt it can help balance hormones but when running higher levels of test your telling your body to shut down natural production, then you throw a load of estrogen into your body to tell it to start producing again? So your body can never find a balance or homeostasis. This will cause large hormone imbalances leading to mood changes, water retention and in some cases gyno. Drop the hcg and use primo with your test. When you come off then you can run hcg to restart natural production followed by clomid. If you decide to run trt inbetween cycles then 150mg test per week alongside 100iu of hcg a day usually gives you a good natural reading of test and keeps your lh and fsh functioning.

Thanks for the advice Ryan. As per my reply to Hilly I’m going to drop the AI and lower the HCG and retest bloods and then go from there. For my next cycle I’ll look to incorporate primo or mast with the next. I don’t think I’ll run generic GH again and pharma isn’t within my budget.
