    Statins should be taken very carefully as they might do more bad than good. I would definitely advise you to buy a book about cholesterol and decide if you want to follow your doctor’s advice. Alternatively, you can find another doctor for a second opinion.

    My first cycle was 250mg test e every 10 days and after 2 months, many gym members noticed that I was taking steroids, you can definitely start with 300mg every week (or 2x150mg ideally).

    You can still increase the dosage after 6-8 weeks if you’re not happy with what you expect, just train hard and focus on the diet.

    It comes from USA, delivery to Europe. The prices are quite low, if your order is below 22€, you don’t pay any custom fees. I make multiple orders to stay below 22€, the shipping cost are usually quite low (between 2-4€). The downside is the delivery delay: about 1 month. Favorites brands: Jarrow or NOW.

    When I need something quickly: Amazon UK or amazon DE. Vitamin k2 is cheaper in Europe. Omega 3 on Amazon UK (Nordic Oil).

    Hey mate,

    I lived in Belgium, you have two options:
    – “I didn’t ordered anything”: they probably can’t prove that you ordered these vials, ensure that they won’t find any transfer on your bank account. If they can’t prove anything it will work as they need an evidence that YOU made the order. They is very very few chances that they will do anything more as you are not a seller, however I would be careful: clear your browser history from all your devices (desktop, mobile..), delete your emails about steroids, remove your vials from your home and access to steroids website (and trainingbyjp) only on private mode.
    – “I made this order”: you explain the truth, it’s for personal use, they probably won’t do anything but they will say that you shouldn’t do it again otherwise you will get in trouble.

    As above, the best is you have an opinion from a lawyer.

    It is the third days, right? From my own experience, there were no diarrhea during the fast, zero bowel movement for almost 4-5 days if I remember well. I find it unsual that you still have diarrhea after 3 days of fasting.

    How many black coffee did you drank? As suggested by Ryan, avoid drinking coffee.

    If you can do another day of fasting without coffee, it will be helpful. Good luck.

    It’s probably too early to say it’s a bacteria based on the simple fact you still have diarrhea, 24h is too short. After 48-72h shouldn’t have to go to toilet anymore except for the ingested water of course.. what is matters is when you will eat the rice/chicken after fasting: still diarrhea or not.

    Note that stool sample is not the perfect test, some bacterias needs several stool tests to be seen, some of them are present in only one test while others one never appears in stool test (and you need other tests like breath test or endoscopy/colonoscopy). Stool test is still necessary.

    Great to hear that tests came back normal. If you have stomach pain and constipation in addition to anxiety, headaches and blurred vision, it sounds like an IBS.

    I suffer from (severe) anxiety mainly due to an intolerance (food and also triggered by exercising). This is not funny at all because I can’t do anything except than waiting until I feel well again.

    If you don’t have any positive test for cancer or something major like that, you have no reason to panic. But I understand you it’s a difficult situation, 2 doctors also highly suspected a cancer based on my symptoms.

    I usually discourage the use of medication except when it’s really needed however I would advice to speak to your doctor about an anxiolytics, this has been very helfpful for me (although it doesn’t fix the root cause). Weed is also effective although the action is too short. You can also try ashwagnadha, l theanine or rhodiola, from my personal experience with natural supplementation, it didn’t helped.

    What are all your symptoms? Anxiety, headaches, blurred vision, anything else?

    The level or the symptoms are always the same or it vary?

    It’s pointless to do a 24h fast on all rest days if your gut health is good. Lowering calories on rest days during offseason is excellent as your body will have all nutriments you need to grow while giving some rest to your gut.

    A water fast is highly effective, however use it when you need it.
