1 day is not enough, 2 days is the minimum to see improvements (and lower inflammation), 3 days is optimal. If you want to stop after 1 day, don’t do it all all because it will be useless as it’s too short.

A water fast is not easy as you will be hungry and you won’t sleep well. But if you’re a competitor, a 2-3 days is really not a big deal.

Avoid ALL supplements (multivitamins, vitamin d, omega 3,…) and ALL medication during the fast and during the reintroduction phase, this is important.

    1. Fast: 2-3 days
    2. Reintroduction phase: 3 days of chicken/rice
    3. … to be defined depending if you still have diarrhea

You should suspect a bacteria. Let us know about the stool test, this might give you the answer.

As I said, antibiotics is not great because in the worst case, it can increase the problem. Herbal supplementation is by far your best bet to eradicate a bacteria.

    – what are the other symptoms? Only diarrhea? Appetite is good? No headaches? You sleep well? You feel good? Do you feel quickly full when eating?
    – you might be right when you say it’s not a food intolerance but if I was you, I would ensure it with a 2 days in a fasting state (only water) then introduce only rice and chicken. If you have diarhea you will be sure it’s not about food. That’s important to be sure about otherwise everything after that will be wrong.
    – I would suspect a bacteria, did you made stool tests? Antibiotics might be the solution however herbal supplementation is better but it takes times: garlic high in allicin, berberine, oregano oil. All of them for 2 months in the highest dosage.

    – 200ug seems to be a good dosage
    – obviously k2 mk7
    – preferably k2 vital delta, it’s a product from Kappa Bioscience company that ensures vitamin stability

    I use this one:

I bought from this website several times in the past, good products, good service. Last time, my small order had a 1 week delay, I had a 10ml test prop for free without asking for anything nor complaints.

Recently bought Dunning cialis, it’s too strong (30mg), even the half dose was too much for me. No doubt it’s potent.

Most doctors I met didn’t know that spleen size depends on sex, body height and weight. This is wrong to think that the upper limit of normal is 12cm. Based of this study, 237 of 906 men have a spleen length that exceed 12cm: https://pubs.rsna.org/doi/full/10.1148/radiol.2015150887

My spleen length is almost 15cm and that’s the upper limit for 190cm. I don’t know if steroids increased the size of your organs, for my case, it’s a normal situation.

As said before, identify the aggraving foods and avoid them, that’s the most important step. Then you can introduce probiotics (vivomixx/vsl3, saccharomyces boulardii, lactospore). If symptoms are persistent, you can take antibacterial, herbal supplementation (garlic, berberine, neem,..) or antibiotics like rifaximin but quite expansive.

Rifaximin is indeed the prefered antibiotic for SIBO. However it’s too early to say that you have SIBO while you haven’t made any test yet (ex: lactulose breath test).

    What are your symptoms?
