Ive rode the Proviron AND the Mast train multiple times, during blasts and cruises and I can definitely feel a difference.
I actually prefer to use Mast when I blast and Proviron when i cruise. For whatever reason, my libido is significantly increased on proviron while Mast isn’t a noticeable thing. Ive played with the dosages of Mast as well as the labs and still the same. For whatever reason the Proviron is great.

My go-to cruise is 200mg any test + 25-50mg of Proviron

    Jordan, love the updates.
Question for you, how many rotations are you going through right now?

    James, amazing post.
One of the most self-aware, most self-reflective things i’ve heard in a long time.
Glad you are feeling good and just living in the moment.
I’ve been trying to do that a lot more this year…just enjoying the journey and not stressing about every pothole on the long road.

Question for you dude, are you a reader at all?

Hey Jamie, any advice on what you did for your little vacation this year??

I’m taking a week long vacation with my wife and itll be the first time i’m not fully locked into a meal plan in awhile.
At the tail end of my offseason now and my body does need a break…but i kno keeping my weight up on this trip is going to be tough.
How did you handle the meal situation when you were on vaca?

I’m going to assume the original poster has a decent amount of muscle mass.

I guess I just go with the thought process that CRUISING should be resting your body and sitting at a certain body weight to create a new set point—whether that is lean or heavy doesnt matter.

You BLAST to gain mass…then you cruise to set it in stone.
You BLAST to cut body fat…then you cruise to hold onto that leanness.

Im gonna have to agree with Jamie on this one.

During my cruises, i’m trying to hold onto my strength and the mass I just fought hard to get.
The last thing I want to do is to lower cals and possibly lose the new gains.

I’d finish up this cruise, even though his bf is too high. And like Jamie said, spend the next 1-2 months tidying up (gear dosage will be higher at this point) and then make a push from there. Basically, spend the first month or two of your next blast dieting.

Jordan, I know you had a couple offseasons (one with Milos for example) where you reallllly pushed your bodyweight up and held it.
But what happens when you get a little too soft? Would do a short tidy up at the end of the blast? Or just cruise to hold the new mass and then tidy up later?

Big man, how has your appetite been?
And what happens when your appetite DOES start to fall off mid offseason….best to just relax at that stage for a bit?

Kuba, so you are just ending a mini cut phase and now going to grow right?
How long has this blast been?

I’m tempted to throw in a mini cut very soon but I know that’ll just make my blast even longer.

Jordan, what’s the current split right now?
I noticed you are running BACK + LEGS in your current video.

by the way, fucking GREAT interview on It’s Just Bodybuilding with Ron & Dusty.
I laughed out loud listening to you guys several times. Just you 3, talking about hard and heavy ass lifting, was entertaining as hell.
Not sure if you ever WOULD or even have the time but you as a repeat podcast host or guest would be great.

    Thanks dude.

Ben there is a eq vs nandrolone video and a primo video. Have a watch of those . They have particular applications : test and eq bring fullness – I like these a lot when dieting . When ur already soft , these 2 are just going to make u softer and heavier. When lean as hell , a gram of test if your a super heavy weight , looks insane. Offseason nandrolone I feel is a better choice, much less water . If you read back this log covers my views in full . My fav look in a diet has been a test / eq combo at 420 each, and fav offseason as a bigger guy has been nandrolone only

Jordan, the nandrolone only offseason was just some months ago correct?
I remember you were running just high dosed NPP. Do you think that was your most successful (while maintaining look) offseason to date?

why would someone NEED insulin to recomp with this?
If you are going to use DNP, use it for straight fat loss and get off of it. It’s fast so get in and get out.

Damn, well I’m sure that gives you some more breathing room dude.
No need to sprint when you can take the slow and steady road and possibly hold onto some more muscle.
    How you feeling?
