Is mediphorm meant to be refrigerated or can it be stored in a cool, dark cupboard?
Have you had results with it?
I used it for one run, didn’t see much results-wise.
And since then most of the reviews I’ve read have been overwhelmingly negative as far as results go. -

I think I remember you saying you had previously been a high volume guy and this is a nice hard run at PPL right now.How do you feel physically? Is the goal to just have a quality offseason gain phase?

Why not run a combination?
As Hilly mentioned, Deca will give more LBM gains but lots of guys carry some sort of bloat on Deca and Deca has always come with it’s own unique horror stories when it comes to Sexual side effects. Honestly, deca is either loved or hated on boards. But that’s why a combo could work out.
I personally ran 12 weeks of a Deca/NPP mix this offseason. really focusing on gaining muscle mass and pushing my weight higher. By the end of the 12 weeks, I was relatively full and bloated. At that point I slightly bumped my test up and introduced a little bit of Tren for 4-5 more weeks with the goal of maintenance and letting the new muscle “marinade.” I ended up hardening up and recomped a little bit. Very good offseason for me. With that, I just dropped down to a cruise 2 weeks ago.
Peak weight this offseason was 290lbs at 6’1…DEXA had me at 10% bf but was more toward 12%.
On the cruise down I’m now 282 this morning, even less of a bloat dropping my test down to 250mgs.
Goal is to hold and maintain this for another 6-8 weeks before I mini cut. -

Now that you’re off insulin, do you drop down your intraworkout carbs at all?
I am just hopping into a cruise and my carbs are still relatively high. Just wondering if there’s any benefit to keeping a small amount of preworkout slin in (like 5iu log) or just getting off of it altogether. And just for reference, my fasted BG is high 70’s right now. -

Question for ya…I know this is a low dose of gear for you, but were you cruising before this?
Is this counting as a mini blast for you (which im sure you’ll slowly increase the dose over time).
If so, what is your normal cruising protocol? -
No idea who this Brandon guy is but I wouldn’t hate on low low fats.
Thats how the majority of 90’s to 2000’s bodybuilders dieted….offseason AND precontenst.I just wouldn’t knock anything until you’ve tried it. Are fats essential? Yes. But can you keep them low and feed your muscles with their preferential type of fuel, carbs. Also yet.
This is my first offseason where I really dropped my fats and went high carb. I had always been a believer of mod carbs, higher fat, higher protein….especially for my body type. But damn, I grew better this offseason on 700g, 400g protein and low low fats. Its whatever your body is more efficient at using.

Work a office job
Weight lifting 6 days a week
40 mins fasted cardio in the AM, 15,000 steps total per day (including cardio).
Current weight 102KG. I think I will need to go considerably higher when I transition to a bulk. I had a good off season prior to this so depend on what your lead up was like into this diet your body could be firing on all cylinders.Exactly. Everyone is different. I’m 10-12ish weeks into offseason and sitting at 280lbs and my training days are 4700ish cals. Off days are 3500ish. Still gaining off of that.

honestly, I’d stay away.
I know Luke is one of their sponsored athlete’s, but I’d read enough individual reviews online to see that it’s not worth the money.
SEO’s have 2 uses….1. Offseason to help stretch the fascia and in turn, add additional muscle mass to that area. And 2. to give a fuller, exaggerated look when dieted down and lean. From EVERY REVIEW I’ve read, Mediphorm is purely a waste in the offseason. Many more good reviews on Synthetek’s Syntherol product. But I have read some positive reviews for Mediphorm when used going into a contest. Either way, I would rather use an SEO to grow more muscle mass in a lagging body part, not create the illusion. Just my 2 cents.

I get up at 5am and am at the gym lifting hard and heavy within 60 mins.
My intra is 50g pepto/hydro whey + 95g of HBCD plus some goodies. That’s more than enough to hold me over until PWO. -
