I think if one has big goals and dedicates everything to
it there’s no place for anything other than maybe a few glasses to celebrate maybe on christmas or new years other than that I see no reason to do so. -
I think if you talk to the right doc and explain it that way to hin there will be no issue in getting in prescribed.

Another day at home. stopped tracking food really try to get in as much as possible as I don’t taste anything it’s hard to get food down. Apetite is down a lot.

I think we all have to go through this in our prime phase of bb. If this is taking too long for your family to accept it I stayed out of family meets when they don’t start to understand. That’s for sure not the best way to go but once they realized i don’t want to eat certain foods they stopped asking for it.

Steps are just there to monitor your daily neat to be a bit more precise with everything it doesn’t replace cardio 🙂

You mean the Cybex squat press right ?
It’s the only leg press I can use as the others load my back I love that machine
They have it in the local gym which I use on alternate days so I guess I am trying to find something new for home for more variety. So much choice.

When a lot of factors come together you will be better of with resting fully I guess. I can only speak from my experience that has helped me a lot when apetite got low performance decreased and so on.

Not really also depends how much muscle you carry , I would always need 2-3 days with massive amounts of carbs when we deloaded for a week prior. -
There’s a first time for everything so wifey and me did a corona test today and we looking at a 14day quarantine when the results are back. Wifey’s got symptoms I have a little cold nothing special but we wanted to know if it’s the rona or not so we will knoe in a few days time until then staying home and yep?

Yep definitely a hiphinge move of your choice on pullday then you have 5 days rest before you pull again? But also depends if you want to prefer erectors or lats.

Test and npp because test has definitely more sideeffects if you run it too high also npp has more anabolic components to it.
