Today got a good upperbody session in back at my fav chest builder
the HS Incline press
5pps x 6
made a drop set out of this one to 4 plates and 3 plates.
Because I acutally planned on doing a deload ????
So I did 1 chest compound
1 machine pulldown 3 sets
sideraisemachine 3 sets
dips 3 sets
db curls 3 sets
and 1 giantset:
tri overh cable ext
tri cable pushdown
ending it off with kickbacks which I haven‘t done in years I think????After that felt proper fucked
Tomorrow flying out to germany to a friend of mine which is also Ifbb pro if anyone knows him Adolf Burkhard. To train and enjoy some good food together???????? looking forward to this

I did in the past I always answer english questions in english and german questions in german 😉

I am with hilly always start out with more high days then low days
if you have a decent session you could also opt for a mid day
like
low: 100 andbelow
mid 250and below
high: 3-500 whatever your macros are. -
I would always advise if something works for you stick with it and if you digest everything well keep it!
If you still come down in bodyfat and can hold on to strength levels thats superb???? Go on ???? -
I would lower the protein intake and get the carbs up as an energy source 3,5gr per kg bodyweight is simple not needed.
So If you slowly add calories add it with a little fat maybe but mostly carbs I would advise in your position.

even 100gr of protein a day (for 111lbs) is fair enough to build good muscle tissue and you have more volume to eat in energy sources like carbs rather than waste it on protein -

Stress and high cortisol levels can be initiated by a lot of things. But sleep quality is a very important factor for cortisol levels.

Why do you need to replicate a Stairmaster? There’s nothing magical about this machine. Just find something that raises your heartrate and burns some extra calories. Any form of cardio equipment will do the job, as will a brisk walk outside.

Who told you that stairmaster is good for legseperation?
Of you are a „hardgainer“ on legs it‘s mostly an execution/undereating or too less recovery problem so I think stairmaster isn‘t the wisest option for somebody with legs as a weak part. Learn to execute perfectly eat in a kcal surplus and recover properly then you can think about upping the frequency of legdays . Stairmaster will not build bigger legs imo. -
Today’s legday and I try not to kill myself because on thursday we fly out to germany to another IFBB Pro Adolf Burkhard to get some good training and food in also a video for his yt channel and our german get-imp membershipsite.
I think it will be as Jordan trained with William in the past a lot of volume and pumpsets which will lead me to a deload???? but let‘s see what happens -

Log’s shaping up nicely so far matey. I go window shopping all the time. Sometimes nice to browse the supermarkets and go ‘oooooo, that looks nice’ then never buy it. Satisfies the itch in a weird sort of way haha.

Sorry matey don‘t now the product. But if you consume a lot of greens you may not need it. If it‘s hard cause the cals are so high I think any kind of greens powder helps doesn‘t have to be a special one

and to add what all the others said it doesn‘t mean because somebody said the stairmaster is the best cardio that this fits for you watch your heartrate and use a cardiovascular kit which fits for your needs

Just nicked a vein don’t worry. press a good alcopad on it until it stops. This happens from time to time
