    Oh mateys younare fortunate in Uk in austria we only have the unflavored Skyr but I love it as well when i put some frozen berries and isolate to it perfect meal 🙂

    Today a well needed restday. Last week all numbers went up which made me a happy boy.
    So I gotta get my ass to rest today and do a lot of home office. Maybe some cardio and mobility.

    All progressed, added weight and reps on lots of stuff. Exceeded my target rep ranges for most so will adjust for next session. Getting stronger for sure!
    Rest day today… did cardio 40 mins stair master as someone took the elliptical but that’s ok nice to change sometimes.

    Finishing off an assignment then submitting it tonight… then to read through my thesis cut out words as I well overdid word count then submit by the 18th…. feels so close now to be finished

    Just watched the latest edition – looks good. Peanut butter and avocado, interesting combo. An acquired taste or unfound new favourite, who knows? Now, if only we knew the contents of you confidential fridge haha.

    Out of interest, what whole eggs do you opt for? I’ve been experimenting with using free range golden yolk for my whole eggs, standard variety for egg whites. Remember reading/hearing that the accumulation of stress is concentrated in fat cells of animals, so in the case of eggs the yolk. In theory that would make a caged hen’s yolk less optimal than a free range As the egg white is fat free, then standard wouldn’t matter as much. Clearly too much time on my hands haha.

    Let‘s say it like this I always buy the most expensive ones. Here in austria they have to put a quality number on the egg

    so 0 is the best I think it is called BIO

    1 is free range eggs

    2 barn or cage free eggs

    3 caged egg production

    Ahhh nice, yeah we have the same coding over here. So do you buy in 0-1 range for egg whites as well as whole eggs? I never got on with packaged egg whites, just do it the ol’ fashioned way. Crack on a quick vid and then split the egg whites out. Occasionally play Eye of the Tiger during egg white prep for extra motivation. Did raw eggs in the past – hardcore haha, but know way better than that now!

    I tryed eggwhites raw once got sits????✌️
    So I always cook them in a pan but no i don’t use eggs for my eggwhites, I use the packed ones buddy would be too expensive to throw away all the egg yolks.

    Hello buddy looks good to me..why don’t you maybe have something like cereal after (coco pops) easier on the gut and quickly digested.

    I’d say the same for pre workout too, something like cream of rice or baby rice which is easier on gut. Only my opinion. If the latter sits well, crack on ????

    Everything you digest well you should keep and don’t let yourself persuade to something else.
    Yes maybe rice cereals are optimal post workout/ but if your calories get very low you might switch it to something which will saturate you a lot more. Everything else looks good to me ???????????? Give it your all????

    100gr white potatoes are about 75kcals)
    100gr white rice is about 350kcals

    so you have to eat about 500gr potatoes to get to the same kcals and carbs as 100gr of rice.

    PEOPLE FORGET ABOUT WEIGHING E ERYTHING COOKED!!! there is simply no sense to this if you once put more water to it it will be heavier but not more kcals

    5200training days/ 4500 non training days
    Please don’t take this as an advice This works for me and I digest everything very well so please focus on your own needs.

    So we are up to 5200 on trainingdays and offdays 4500
    after todays checkin I will post you checkin photos at 109,9 kg 9 kg over contest weight we are happy where we are.
    and added my meal plan because a lot of you are asking for it

    the doc introduced/advised me to take this kind of blood pressure med so it works very well for me even in an offseason when i get heavier. I don’t have any negative sideeffects ???? and my body is much more healthy with the adjusted bloodpressure. ????✌️

    As said above good old question nobody really knows but I personally think protein is often overdone when you could use it for a better energy source like carbs or fats.
    But I think you are in a good position if you haven’t got a lit ofbloating going on. Sure when it’s time to push calories it’s most likely unavoidable but if just want to stay fit and healthy you are in a good position as u ve written above

    If it’s actually loose skin you get there unfortunately there’s really nothing else you can do than a surgery.

    Yes loose skin is very person dependent. If one got too overweight or has a bad connective tissue that sucks especially if you want to compete in a bb competition.

    Today checkin photos for stefan 3 weeks post comp.
    All i can say i could eat more but let’s see what his decision will be.
    My first pro league contest in estoril portugal gave me a lot of motivation to do everything in my power to get better. My cruise on 50prop a day so 350test a week we will prolong till the end of the year I think. That doesn’t bother me in anyway. The healthier the bloodwork gets the better I will grow in 2020 ????
    Arms and rear delts on the menu today mainly bloodflow/fluff day. I believe this day combined with increlex will help me to grow some serious delts and guns;)
