the doc introduced/advised me to take this kind of blood pressure med so it works very well for me even in an offseason when i get heavier. I don’t have any negative sideeffects 🙂 and my body is much more healthy with the adjusted bloodpressure. ????✌️ -
Also the shoulder joint is needed in nearly every upperbody workout so don’t make it worse by training when it hurts.

Yes always get something like this checked by a doc. No one can really give you advise on this except a doc after checking what causes the reason.

There is simply no sense to do a dirty bulk matey. If you eat too much shitty foods, you will fuck up your digestion. \ For “leg problem”in my experience it’s most likely an execution problem and not an under eating(so get yourself a experienced trainee to watch your exercise execution ). / When it comes to building more tissue there are a few points which are very important IMO:
•stay in a cal surplus •execute exercises perfectly •logbook your lifts •care about your digestion(so don’t eat too much shit because a bad digestion will decrease absorption of foods) •regenerate and sleep at the best of your abilities •training frequency and volume will be dictated by your recovery abilities. •Stick to the basics -

The addition of bcaas is just because we have them at home???? no real reason.

just to bump the carbs to 100gr I could also use more Sustain but I have done bulk orders in the past so I just try to clear my kitchen by using a little of these supps as well;) -
yep it sucks but Its a must, you can’t maintain the same fullness on a cruise than when on a push phase. If you increased cals you may just put on more b.fat. You could increase carbs a little around training if your feeling flat from low glycogen stores.

I don’t bother to list them buddy. Typically 150g courgette or aubergine a meal… or 80g kale. Kale obvs higher kcal so less- either way I get the same amount of cals from veggies each meal.

Neither of my main gyms have the plate loaded one which i prefer imensely because you arent starting IN THE HOLE. I’m mostly using what I can progress on until I move back to Alabama in 5 weeks where my gym options are much better
Well, finally weighed myself.After saturday/sunday shinanigans as well as having 2 night time binges on tuesday and wednesday nights that showed me trigger foods i need to remove for now, I’m 210.6lbs. Bear in mind this is 9lbs heavier than the morning of my show 6 days prior.

For binges and something like that I can’t give good advise I am the wrong person to talk to.
I think talking to people which experienced something like that themselves is a clever option???? -
Morning weight was 84,6 kg never been that heavy so lean.!!

I am with Lara more Compounds for legs if you can‘t connect with them then learn to execute them properly.
And yes postworkout some rice based cereal is optimal with Mps max or a whey hydro/isolat.

Buddy it’s so indivudal
but always check how you recover from that kind of training(volume and frequency).
It’s very hard to give advises on somebody you do not know.
For example I always want to see my clients train if they can take a set to true failure and then I can set up their plan for them.
A 2 set low volume training has no sense for somebody who is Training with 5 reps in reserve.

i like vasoburn too but be carefull on application especially around that lower abdomen area u dont go too low as things can heat up fast ???? make sure to wash hands after.

I haven’t tryed this I don’t like warming or heating up cremes and is it really (scientifically)helpful or just nice to sweat more in that given area?
