If you digest ground rice well just stick with it.
Baby or creamed rice is very easy to digest that‘s why a lot of us opt for this 🙂 If you have to put down 6-7k a day you need something which isn‘t interrupting your digestion to get bloated or something. So everyone is different and has different needs as it is with training recovery and nearly everything????

I am with Lara more Compounds for legs if you can‘t connect with them then learn to execute them properly.
And yes postworkout some rice based cereal is optimal with Mps max or a whey hydro/isolat.

    Cheeres buddy

    pin loaded v-squat 250×23

    single leg extension 100×23

    kneeling ham curl 120×24

abductor/adductor max stack on both x24

close grip lat pull down 180×24

flat plate loaded chest press 115 per side x16 95×8

    cable shoulder press 110×24

plate loaded unilateral machine preacher curl 45×24

I actually tryed the pin loaded V squat once didn‘t like it at all i prefer the plateloaded one.
cause the strting position in the pin loaded sucks I think.
    How do you like it?

Cheers Kevin – I drop into yours regularly, just lurking and reading mainly haha. Made your Anabolic kitchen oats the other day – egg whites, whole eggs and oats, absolutely beautiful. Was worried I’m get scrambled egg with clusters of oats. It was so smooth and actually felt indulgent. Keep those ideas coming my man!

Oh so nice to hear buddy I try to put out a lot of good and free content! The next video is coming tomorrow;)[/quote]

Just watched the latest edition – looks good. Peanut butter and avocado, interesting combo. An acquired taste or unfound new favourite, who knows? Now, if only we knew the contents of you confidential fridge haha.

Out of interest, what whole eggs do you opt for? I’ve been experimenting with using free range golden yolk for my whole eggs, standard variety for egg whites. Remember reading/hearing that the accumulation of stress is concentrated in fat cells of animals, so in the case of eggs the yolk. In theory that would make a caged hen’s yolk less optimal than a free range As the egg white is fat free, then standard wouldn’t matter as much. Clearly too much time on my hands haha.

Let‘s say it like this I always buy the most expensive ones. Here in austria they have to put a quality number on the egg

so 0 is the best I think it is called BIO
    1 is free range eggs
2 barn or cage free eggs
    3 caged egg production

So I always opt for 0-1

Today is a well needed rest day. My lower back is still sore from a few exercises of legday and yesterday’s BOR was really hard to stabilize.
But still got the job done.
    So today’s plan:
    Morning Walk 3000steps
    Cryotherapy
Grocery shopping(mainly liquid eggwhites) we drive to a big market cause in austria quality liquid eggwhites are not available in local food stores.
    then home eating
    resting
maybe talking a bit of a walk into vienna city. for some “window shopping”???? ????.
    and then some mobility stuff
    This will be it.

Session went very well today. Progressed all the numbers felt good. Took my PREPARE preworkout gave me a very good focus and pump in the end of the workout.
Now I have about 100grams carbs intra this serves me very well. Finishing the mps max and sustain 2-3 exercises before I finish the workout.

As I said superb workout numbers and exercises down below

yep it sucks but Its a must, you can’t maintain the same fullness on a cruise than when on a push phase. If you increased cals you may just put on more b.fat. You could increase carbs a little around training if your feeling flat from low glycogen stores.

I am with you Ryan pushing cals too high in a cruise phase is never a clever choice

Yeah I think that’s the downfall is that unless your choosing the right foods it’s pretty easy to resort to less macronutrient foods.

With ur prepped meals do u eat them cold? I’m a little bit cautious about the meat sometimes.

That’s no problem matey just get yourself a mealbag with some coolers on those hot summerdays.
but with cooked meat and chicken it’s no problem with eggwhites it can be a problem if it’s too hot outside
