i prefer to have 2 carb source for post workout meal so something like fish n jacket potato and then whey iso with unsweetened almond milk poured over cereal which sorta serve as a dessert.

Good morning guys and girls.
Today my favorite training of the week it‘s PULLDAY :)))
But first getn in my morning routine of a nice walk with my wifey and a good breakfast watching muscle in the morning 🙂
After that some home office to do and upload another series of austrian anabolic kitchen on my youtube channel Kevin Stütz.
I train around 11am because that‘s just the optimal timenof the day for me to train.
Driving to the gym sipping a good old PREPARE and then it‘s going down.
Today mainly focused on latissimus because i need more beef on the lower half of my lats 🙂

No if it‘s gassy you do not digest it very well, everything that makes you have diarrhea stomachache or bloating is a no go and you will not digest it very well. As you can see because you won‘t feel fine.

Give you food more volume over veggies I like to use liquid eggwhites and other nutrion that is low in calories to keep me satiated.

Yes I am with oscar as the assistance leaves the body the tension leaves as well and a lot of the intramuscular water. So I wouldn‘t mind at all as long as your body comp has improved 🙂

I am with oscar focus on your chest. I would always advice to let somebody experienced check your execution on the „weaker“ bodypart because if you only do it more frequently maybe you just do it the „wrong way“ all the muscle groups around ger bigger and the weakness will get weaker.

Cheers Kevin – I drop into yours regularly, just lurking and reading mainly haha. Made your Anabolic kitchen oats the other day – egg whites, whole eggs and oats, absolutely beautiful. Was worried I’m get scrambled egg with clusters of oats. It was so smooth and actually felt indulgent. Keep those ideas coming my man!

Great few sessions towards the end of last week. Had a couple exercises stall such as single arm DB curl and DB side raise so Jordan has added slightly more carbs to my training and rest day meal one. Have attached last weeks check in pics below. Weight is 87.3kg.
Hit legs yesterday, first time using my gyms new V-squat. Was completely wiped afterwards and felt pretty smashed this morning when I woke up. Resting today, push tomorrow !
