    I ran…

    LEGS

    PUSH

    PULL

    OFF
    REPEAT

for prep which was good…but since I finished I am currently doing…
    BACK

    DELTS/TRICEPS

    LEGS

    CHEST/BICEPS

    OFF
    REPEAT

which the best results of any split I have tried over the many years I have been training. Volume is moderate rather than low so I am doing 3 sets for all exercises ramping to only 1 max all out set.

    Check my log

Hi matey I don‘t think it’s a good decision to switch to strongman lifts if you already have injuries. A deload training or even more volume typ
of training with lighter weights is much more feasible

So 4/8/2019 (Sunday) was my anniversary with my gf and I set up the day accordingly

    Planned macros

    350c 330p 30f

I knew she wanted to hit our favourite sushi restaurant in the evening so I had a lean protein and green veg intake up to the point of sushi.

I also hit about 35k steps yesterday and took the weekly photos. I’m definitely leaner than the week before but my weak areas look to be suffering, especially chest and delts. None the less, love the process.

Hi buddy you have a nice log here buddy I will follow you 🙂 you could probably open up a little more on the back relaxed pose
