I would definitely say ut works if you stick to the basics and healthy foods.
Some times here and there you can put in some sweets or cheats depending on your goals in a contest prep in the endphase I would prefer a fix plan. -

So if you take away the kcals(energy) you won‘t recover well. So get yourself in a good surplus to recover well even on restdays????

Today restday and I am happy about that completely battered after yesterday’s legsession.
Normal restday routine cardio mobility work and deep tissue massage. Also a client appointment.
That sums it up for today.Ah yeah wait I forgot!
Since yesterday we are 300kcals up on tr and non tr day
training day 4600
non training day 4100I am still very hungry but not food focused I think stefan an me use that post show phase very well to produce some good muscular gains even though we are cruising. But food s going in so easy and I think this was what I did wrong in a few of my post show reverse diets I introduced too much shit to early so my digestion is shutting down earlier in the offseason. But we will see.

In those last two weeks I was setting numbers for a 2 weeks cycle of rotating exercises that I will train from now on.

Today was day one of progressing numbers and I was already excited how I will perform.
Totally crushed the numbers. Most of them in weight and reps.

Sure, when I started to set numbers I was very close post contest but hey progression is progression let‘s move on.

the 2 weeks cycle looks like that:

-rest

yes buddy can do so I know a lot of guys who live on a buget doing this if it digests well why not

When I had my intra: mps max mixed with sustain I like to finish that drink 3/4 of the workout then use water and postworkout my cereals with whey.
but you can also finish the intra near to the end then shower drive home 30-45mins and then go for the pwo meal IMO -

This week will be the first week trying to beat prewritten numbers again after the competition so it‘s gonna be an exciting one 🙂

As I mentioned on legdays no igf because they are already a strength and we wanna give the upperbody a boost in those next weeks.
Currently waking up to 245lbs which is a good position for the cruise I would say, feeling good.

I would advise more deep tissue massage more overall mobility training before the workout and if this doesn‘t help you you have to see a doctor if it‘s getting worse

after that stefan an me got in a good barbecue at our gym. It was a summer festival, was nice to have burgersbarburger(forst burger in 24weels for me????✌️) from burgersbar in vienna. To round off this perfect day ,won the first price at the tombula 1/2 year „dasgym“ membership for free???? 2019 is my year???? definitely
