    I would do just as much cardio as you need to, to make progress with your fat lass. I would start with 3 times a week 20-30min and increase when your fat loss hits a plateau!

    True that , and as I said just look at your daily kcal needs and intake stay in a deficit to loose fat

    Check your daily needs then plan it
    but if you logbook your lifts(which you should) Plan your cardio away from the workout if thats not possible go for postworkout cardio .
    cardiovascular training is often annoying in an offseason but if you are in a fat loss phase and you want to get leaner you are motivated to hit it. So don‘t sell yourself short the more cardiovascular the faster you will get in shape , and clean up your diet????

    Today restday a lot of home office to do
    Tryed a cold chanber today for recovery cryotherapy-80degrees was cool unfortunately only 3minutes.
    30€ ???? good money but if it helps with recovery why not 🙂

    I personally get around 150g protein from shakes and another 150g from meat sources. I find keeping meals small and using shakes really helps to keep my stomach small. Particularly when you add core work and vacuums.

    that‘s a superb way of thinking man 🙂 I still don‘t like to consume half half but as you said keep the meals smaller and denser to keep the waist tight is a must in the classic divison 🙂 thanks for your input ryan????????????

    As you said this is a new approach to bring them up as I am such a tall guy and my calves are shit I thought I will switch them to the beginning let‘s see if this will bring them up ????
    I should probably up the frequency as well and add a few good sets to a push or arms day.
    Time to see the bigger picture???? and as I always want to be better I reevaluate everything I have done before what worked and where I still have my weakpoints.
    So gameplan is set ???? Let‘s do it
