True that , and as I said just look at your daily kcal needs and intake stay in a deficit to loose fat

but if you logbook your lifts(which you should) Plan your cardio away from the workout if thats not possible go for postworkout cardio .
cardiovascular training is often annoying in an offseason but if you are in a fat loss phase and you want to get leaner you are motivated to hit it. So don‘t sell yourself short the more cardiovascular the faster you will get in shape , and clean up your diet???? -

I personally get around 150g protein from shakes and another 150g from meat sources. I find keeping meals small and using shakes really helps to keep my stomach small. Particularly when you add core work and vacuums.
