    TODAY Michael Schneider and me trained push with NABBA MRS UNIVERSE Katja Ubelacker.

    This was the session:
    Flatbench Hs press 1l 1b
    High incline smith press 1l 1b
    Dipmachine wide grip 1l 1b
    Atlantis sideraises machine 2 sets high rep
    Flymachine 2 sets high rep
    lying overh tr ext 2
    sideraises db 1 triple drop set

    Was a good and intense session.She is freaky strong benched 3pps at the hs flatbenchpress.
    Post workout we went for some steak and baked potatos in vienna city to finish off a good trainingday 🙂
    Because they are on a diet and steak is weighed here 🙂

    But be very mindful with that this is no advice if you don‘t have experience with it always have your bloodglucose monitor with you and check it before taking intra workout and postworkout

    It‘s an option but I would always go prew with insulin and adjusting intraworkout carbs to directly deliver it into the musclecells you train

    I actually did legs today and did 3000steps cardio walk in the morning so apparently 4 hours away from training.
    If it is easy cardio it will not impact I would say if you do hit or colser to the session it will impact your strength

    I prefer to do my mobility work for warming up for legs and every bodypart before the workout this helps me a lot to be more mobile and get into the session much better than without it

    •pendulum squats 1l 1b
    •legpress widestance 1l 1b
    •pitsharksquats 1l 1b
    •hipthrusts 2 highrep straight sets
    •abductor 2 highrepsets

    Kcals go up 4200/3800 tr/non tr day

    The shoulder arm day is a more pump volume session and I do frontdelts with push
    and side and rear delts on the following day 🙂 so no it doesn‘t impact my recovery 🙂 also no cns work on the following volume day

    Whats peoples views on Myprotein??
    Been using their isolate for years, dont have any problems digesting it like i did with their concentrate.

    In fact i get all my powders from them, but like someone said above… how do we really know if they’re any good?

    I found them to be very clumpy not mixing up very well
    but if you want to save money and as you said you digest it well then stay with it

    I am with clare nothing wrong with consuming a good amount of quality protein powder I personally consume about 60 grams of powder a day but just to answer your question.
    Don‘t overcomplicate do what works for you????

    So back at home today is rest cardio mobility and stretch day and the last day with 3300kcals.
    The bossman upped the calories to 4200 on training days and 3800 on restdays.
    So I will adjust the plan I think I will mainly add carbs around the workout perimeters.
    On restdays I will try to keep my carb intake low and to my last meals because this serves me very well so far.

    I‘ll keep you updated on the 100mcg increlex pwo.
    As I said I only use it on upperbody days as I try to grow my upper more to be competitive in the pro classic physique division in 2021.

    And as all the others already mentioned don‘t overthink too much, a little low cardio session never killed nobody even postworkout 😉

    I am with haider if I have carbs on a restday I place it to the last 1-2 meals. cause then there are no insulin spikes through the day 🙂

    So second day here in Linz.
    I think I already said I hate when something disturbs my daily routine . But yeah sometimes you gotta do it and drive all the way from vienna to linz and see your parents????.

    Katharina and me will get a good delts and arms session in today here and meet some clients of us which reside here.
    Fortunately in the evening we will drive home and have our daily routine back by tomorrow.
    Yesterday we went out for dinner and I went for the least shitty option some goulash out of beef with rice cause post contest I don’t like fatty stuff cause it serves me with stomachache.
    As I said I like clean food which doesn‘t disturb my digestion.

    Do you log your lifts ? I always found that helps a lot . Because if you get stronger and the weight stalls it doesn’t matter matey 🙂
