I think this is very person dependent. If you were a calm person before you might turn into a more calm person the more muscular you get, but can also be that the „bigger“ you are the more confident you are with yourself.

That’s highly indvidual between people, Also depends on how many day you deloaded and how empty your glycogen reserves are.

Depends a lot on your individual mechanics and weaknesses, which one will work better for you. I personally prefer the squat press because it’s less harsh on the knee

Bloodwork will tell you how long you can do your cycle but I am definitely an adviser of lower doses over a longer time period than increasing to high and have been forced to stop earlier because of bloodwork issues.

The thing you try to do is empty your glycogen storages and with the upload you try to force a superkompensation of getting the muscle as full as possible is the thought behind deload and load on carbs.

I am also an adviser of off and on cycle for creatine but also if you drink enough I don’t see severe reason why your bloods are off.

I am with Jimmy here, deload and rest is needed if you’re body is showing you you need it.

No it’s not aslong as you get in all the calories you need for the day. Also if that’s the best way it fits your day stick with it.

As I talked to Stefan we decided to start my cruise early so we decided to start at 20.11. and see how long we will stay at those 250mg every 7 days. But as I mentioned earlier on my log i didn’t feel well because of all the lockdown stress. So I already feel a lot better now to know I can back down a bit in meds food is getting down easier and this will result in better training for sure.

As jordan always stated it’s the goal to get stronger across all rep ranges so you choose which ones you prefer.
