    107 kgs this morning . Time for a morning walk later that day Pullday with BOR I am really looking forward to the session today although it‘s fucking hot in austria about 35-37degrees outside????

    I am not rich as fuck???? but I am running 3 companies matey???? so I would say I work hard to make my money and I only use it for things I need

    Do it when you have the time to do it 🙂
    I think nothing can hurt your performance or gains even if you have to hit it before training which would be my least favorite option to do intense cardio sessions

    weighing in today at 107,5 kg 7 kg more than on contestday morning, 3 days after the comp.
    Still holding a ton of water. Time for a morning walk. I like my reverse diet helps me to get rid of all the waste water I am holding. And then I start to get better condition cardiovascular-wise^^
    Will be up for some good hard trainingbsessions in a few weeks time . Now I am staying around the 10rep mark to stay safe

    I would go by the mirror not by bf measurements, if you have 18% evenly spread across the body it will not look as shit as if 50% of the fat is on the stomach for example always depends on your shape and hows your logbook progression

    Yes drop carbs , high fluid so drink a hell lot of water and drop in a good old long cardio session! 🙂

    Hi guys so I am straight into reverse diet now. I set up my own reverse diet and let it backcheck from stefan and he is with me so:
    Drugwise: I am going to cruise on 350test a week 50prop ed
    As I am a bad eater and increlex takes my apetite in an offseason I thought I will use it right now when I have the most apetite.
    So I am using increlex for the second time now 100mcg preworkout.
    This will give me a nice and full look post comp and I think this will be a good one.
    Food:
    Trainingday:
    meal 1: 100gr oats ,100gr berries ,300ml eggwhites ,2 whole eggs, 300ml ricemilk, 15gr isowhey

    meal 2: 300gr beef tartar, 70gr white rice
    meal3intra: 100gr sustain, 20gr mpsmax, 20gr CD, 10gr bcaas
    meal4pwo: 150gr puffed rice, 40gr iso whey
    meal5:250gr chickenbreast, 50gr white rice, 300gr spinach
    meal6: 300ml eggwhites, 2 whole eggs, 50avocado, 50 dinkel wheat toast.
    all in all: 309p/452c/59f kcal:3809
    non training days:
    meal 1: 300ml eggwhites,2 whole eggs, 150gr greens, 25 peanutbutter

    meal2: 250gr chickenbreast , 30gr walnuts, 300gr broccoli
    meal3: 250gr cottage cheese, 170gr tuna, 10gr walnuts, 100gr greens
    meal4: 250gr chicken, 50gr white rice, 200gr broccoli
    meal5:300gr eggwhites, 15gr isowhey, 100gr oats, 100gr berries, 10gr nutbutter
    meal6: 300ml eggwhites, 3 whole eggs, 15gr walnuts
    all in all: 383p/188c/105f kcal:3361

    Training:
    legs
    push
    pull
    rest
    push
    arms delts
    rest
    repeat

    I am going to focus on my weakpoints delts and arms to get more of the classic physique look. Which I am striving for. Sure CHEST and BACK as well and legs can stay where they are????
    Also I will only be using increlex on upperbody training sessions so not on legdays as they are a strength. Let’s see how this will turn up.
    Planned is to get the water out of the rebound with those kcals and then we will up it very fast cause the increlex will otherwise burn the hell out of me????
    Cardio sessions: 2 a day a 4000step walk in the morning and the same walk in the evening this helps my cardiovascular system to stay on track whilst getting heavier.

    Kevin, love your log. Great physique, lots of potential, you look like a really nice guy, keep up the good work. Regarding your training, you mention 2 sets per exercise, i guess that are your working sets right? Do you normally do a lot of volume leading up to your working sets or maybe just on the first exercises and than you just blast in to the two all out sets on other exercises?

    Also, will you make a log of your off season? would love to follow… and btw, I like your youtube chanel, you should post more content in English ????

    Hi matey thanks for all the appreciation. 🙂 yes i am the 2 working sets guy straight as hell 1 loading 1 backoff all out all day. I just love to train like that. I do a little more volume on bis and tris like 3 high rep sets at the end of a push pull or arm session. thats the only kind of „volume“ I do. Yes I do a lot of warm up sets at my first 2-3 compound lifts something like a deadlift 60kg x10, 100kgx8,140×6 180×4 220×3 250×1 270-280kg loading set
    in this kind of schedule 🙂

    Yes that can happen buddy then try to find out which food caused the damage and cut it out.
    But yes I had that problem as well cause I am a bad eater and had to eat up to 7500 kcals and dugestion shut down frequently with sits, just give yourself a few days to fix that then up the kcals

    This depends buddy if you get lean easily and are a hardgainer hire one for offseason as well
    when you gain easily and are advanced I don‘t think it is that necessary if you can keep track of your logbook and weight
