I would always check it first with the doc but to prevent such things I always do my mobilisation thingis preworkout helps me to ger into the workout much better

Competition day today I am so happy to compete as a pro first time . I have no pressure but this is my fucking AGAME TODAY woke up at 100,1kg and shape is superb in stefans opinion in which I truly trust.

I like a balanced diet which fits my digestion not any kind of struct plan in an offseason . nutrition which fits perfect than I could eat it all day long I think a fixed plan is often hard to adhere for people especially in an offseason. So of you are experienced check a fddb app and stay in a surlusnwhen building up and deficit when cutting

I am with james everything too oily gives me runs I always „cheat“ high carb and low far stuff but hey I ve got no cheat in 22 weeks now???? looking forward to sunday . Find something which does not interfere with your digestion for the next day otherwise you always fuck up the nextbdays

Also I noticed a lot of your meals have 300g greens. That’s a quite a bit, you digest them well? What greens do you usually use?
The meals only have 300gr of veggies in diet???? In offseason I rarely eat greens ???? as my kcals go up very high.

Far out I can imagine digestion would have been difficult!
What was your diet this peak offseason? What did your weight get upto at its peak?
The diet was like 5500 kcals mostly high carb and weight was about 117kg

99,7 today so even if they measure me 185cm i can be 104 kg on the weigh in on friday should be easy
