Hey mate! You mentioned you got upto 7500 cals offseason before digestion went bad.
1. What did your diet look like at 7500 cals?
2. What is the highest your weight has pushed up too?
Your physique is incredible mate!
This was in 2013 where I had to push up really hard.
Up to 10 meals a day 2 of em were energyoat cakes and ricemilk with weightgainer intraworkout carbs.
But this was too much for me to digest it good. I found if I put my output down around 6000-6500 is good for me to gain good amount of tissue.
Other meals were just normal meals like pasta rice potatoes with chicken veggies and unfortunately not enough fats which I now know fats are my friend to keep meals kcaldense???? -
2nd day no carb newest low 99,6kg.

It’s always a mind game buddy. I think 1 meal a week is perfect if you bodyfat isn’t already too high.
Also there is a time to switch off a bit mentally when this is the time right now just enjoy it. If you are close to start a contestprep I wouldn’t add any extra meals I also feel cheatmeals interrupt my digestion so the next day is mostly fucked. -
I think it depends if I would also be training in the evening then I would take this into consideration(which I am not).
It also depends on the total amount of cals you have to eat. In my experience huge meals are hard to digest( for me) so mostly I spread it more evenly across the day. Feels much better for me. But if you can digest everything well and your total kcals aren’t that high why not???? Hope this helps -
First day of no carb today. Chest deload trying to get a lot of blood in there 🙂 Fluid is high we took out everything sweetners and all those little things only mps max stays intra.
Other meals
as always containing
spinach, broccoli, peanutbutter walnuts avocados chicken eggwhites and whole eggs -
I feel the stairmaster is the hardest but depends what you wanna get out. Max kcal burn is high level stairmaster

I agree with Randy hunger is never a factor to decide if you are at maintenance
I if you want to eat some more throw in a few extra cardio sessions maybe that helps you -

6days out today legs deload on the menu and the last day with carbs.
Tuesday till friday morning we will do no carb to get my grainy look back we realized this season my body needs to suffer before the carb up to really get that nice supercompensation full and dry onstage. So let‘s do it 6 days
until we go into another productive offseason which I am really looking forward to. -
As you ve gone down do it now the other way around add 200 kcals continuously till maintenance oevels then go by checking you logbook progress

Your kcal are very low for that bf
but mate give yourself more days with higher carbs that will push your metabolism
