    Hs machine rows 1l
    2 Giantsets:
    seated cable rows/widegrip latpulldown/cable pullovers
    Tbar rear delt rows 2 straight sets
    Incline bench db curls 3 highrepsets
    Lying cable hammercurls 3 highrepsets

  • Looks like your hematocrit needs to be controlled. I have a client which has phenomenal results with ip6 from jarrow try this out about 1000 a day split up am pm
    And about the push I think it depends on so much more than the bloodwork the blood work looks good little high estrogen but all the other things just normal.

    So we are 9 days out of portugal
    I feel very good woke up at 101kg
    So this time we will come in a bit fuller but no further less conditioned than in pilsen at the qualifier.
    Today I am driving to Michael to train in his gym which is about 40mins away of me.
    We are doing an intense pull session which I am really looking forward to ????????????

    Depends what you are eating and if you can digest it that fast.
    but i would only do the intra and pwo if it‘s too clise to the workout
    you don‘t want any bloodflow in your belly during the session

    Today rest day means no carb 2900 kcal eating meals pro veg and pro fat
    consisting of eggwhites eggs chicken spinach walnuts and crunchy almondbutter????????
    the best in diet.
    doing my massge work and a lot of things outside the house today will be good to take my mind off of food.
    food focus is very high these last days but even more focus on the prodebut so let‘s bring it on!!!

    I would plan my post pwo when I have digested my pwo well. so if pwo is with oats it will need a bit longer to get into the bloodstream and digest so 2 hours probably between pwo and post-pwo.
    If it‘s something on a rice basis then the time peroid is a little shorter but all about digestion matey just try and error what fits best

    I would look to maintain weight and strength if you gain a lot of weight offcycle it might be too much kcals. Sure depends on how much bf you have.
