And about the push I think it depends on so much more than the bloodwork the blood work looks good little high estrogen but all the other things just normal. -

I would plan my post pwo when I have digested my pwo well. so if pwo is with oats it will need a bit longer to get into the bloodstream and digest so 2 hours probably between pwo and post-pwo.
If it‘s something on a rice basis then the time peroid is a little shorter but all about digestion matey just try and error what fits best -
