Always depends on your training level and your budget. I wouldn’t take some if you are a new trainee .
Hgh is often mistaken as making you grow so much more this only happens when you really put the work in to need that extra recovery factor helps muscles and cns to recover faster. -
Today Restday eating 6 meals no carb consisting of
1. 300ml eggwhites 3whole eggs 100gr veggies
2. 300ml eggwhites 100gr veggies 30gr walnuts
3. White fish 25gr white almondbutter 300gr greens
4. White fish 25gr white almondbutter 300gr greens
5. White fish 25gr white almondbutter 300gr greens
6. 300ml eggwhites 3 whole eggs 25gr walnuts

kcal: 2900 -

There are a lot of them but as my ldl is driving nuts when I eat things like that so I stay more on the plant side of fats 😉

I liked to do rdl on density day and do a pull session with no lower back loading 🙂

I would place pull and legs wider apart and if you plan a free weight squat on legs I would rdl the other week not the same week
