    Also my opinion of dianabol cycles woth test in the past i ve felt the strength curve is going down or stays steady after about 4-5 weeks so no reason to take it any longer IMO

    I think you need to have a base compound in first like test.
    If you want to run an oral cycle in an offseason always watch your digestion and bloodwork.
    I personally use the offseason as the cleanest phase with low dosind and no orals. So you can step up the game when you get on prep.

    Depends on so many factors buddy but I would never go from offseason kcals with medium high amount of carbs slowly taper down

    Today no cns overload just some pumpstuff cause tomorrow is a deadlift session on the menu I can‘t wait for it 🙂 @ topgym vienna

    I really like riceflakes or cereal pwo with whey isolat. and in diet a big meal like chicken and rice if i have carbs left 😉

    except from that everybody has different areas where they store their fat so one can’t say he is so lean just because he has abs^^ but this looks very good mate????

    You look quite good shape so as long as you monitor strength, digestion, recovery and bodyfatlevels you should see growth

    It‘s all about how long you use something buddy, But winis are def not the best drug if you don‘t wanna compete, I would only advise a fair amout of it for6-8 weeks max in the end of a contest prep.

    Hi guys today 101,3kg
    Restday means no carbs.
    Have to videocut a lot for our own membershipsite and for my youtube channel plus client check ins and grocery shopping.
    So let‘s get it on.
    The day started with 30mins of walking and 15mins of mobility and posing practice .
