It always depends what your goal is.
But I personally love it in diet last meal 8pm and first meal next morning 8.30am 12 1/2 hours .
Gut feels so well after that , so IMO for gut health and digestive issues it helps a lot also if you haven‘t got a lot if calories left in your diet it‘s nicer to fast and have bigger meals but that’s just my opinion -
Today‘s weigh in 102kg very happy after one day no carb looks like my body reacts so well to no carb.

I would eat it as a last meal before bed so it doesn‘t effect your day, digestionwise or bloodsugarwise.
But depends on your goals as well. -

Today restday nothing special
Just switched on the new nutrition plan cause I told Stefan I wanted to deacrease I gave myself on restday 2900kcals no carb just pro veg or pro fat meals
and on training days carbs pre intra post workout carbs 3100kcalsweighing in at 103,3kg today at 3 weeks out of my first pro competition:) I am so excited for it.
Portugal will be awesome

I would choose the way which suits you better and makes you feel more satiated I don’t think other it won’t make much of a difference

Gotta go down with cals to 3000/2900 tomorrow I told stefan I wanna go down all the water makes me feel like shit and all the heat causes a lot of water retention.
