As the guys above said the diet dictates the fat loss but but for quality in a build up season high amouts of primobolan plus some oxandrolon(if they don’t interfere with you digestion) are a good pic in my opinion.
But I don’t really like the thing of a quality bulk, Either you wanna gain as much muscle as possible or you are dieting down for a show.
Looks like you take a whole lot of gear, I have never took that much what you are running now you must be training a long time sir to be at that level. -
So today planned a little pump session for arms and side rear delts because tomorrow there is a big pull session with Michael and jekaterina übelacker(Nabba Mrs Universe Pro) in Intelligent strength das Gym.

If I take an offmeal it would be in an offseason in prep there is no point for me except the coach is telling me to.
I wouldn‘t go high fat it always interferes with my digestion.
And I will need 2 days to recover from it digestionwise.
Something like pizza in an offseason but I wouldn‘t replace a meal or track it I would just eat it additionally and loose no thought about it.
If you are in a cut or somebody that puts on fat fast replace a meal or stick to the plan if bodyfat is on the limit to get sloppy. -

If it is hunger intended I would take intra out and add a meal if this is more satisfying for you.
No need to torture yourself. -
I think it’s try and error thing but if you increase your energy by carbs I would add 50-80 gr of carbs and see what happens in the gym strength wise and on the scale
