    I would say it is very person dependent.
    Some digest it well others don’t if it fits and sits well in your belly go for it.

    I think you have to see the bigger picture. You can‘t always be in top shape even contest shape just stays for a few minutes/hours at top shape if planned right.
    Focus more on the logbook and getting strong if you notice getting to fat bring kcals down for a 4-6 weeks minicut

    Density day

    AGAIN

    I eat 3500 kcal on training days
    3100 non training days

    Meal 1: oats whey peanutbutter
    prepare 1 scoop
    Meal2(Intra) 50gr sustain, 18gr mps max, 10gr bcaas
    Pwo: 4 caps halycon
    Meal3: Rice beef broccoli
    Meal4: Rice fish broccoli
    Meal5: Rice chicken broccoli
    Meal6: 3Eggs eggwhites and walnuts

    on restdays carbs a bit lower but same meals without intra meal 2

    don’t think about it too much overthinking is never good use the fuel for some bad ass sessions in the gym the next days you ve got this

    BACK ON TRACK today.
    3500 cal on tr days
    3100 cal on non tr days
    Cardio 2 times a day 30 mins
    on bike or walking
    I am highly motivated for my first pro show even though I know I will not place anywhere near the top 10???? I don’t care I see myself in the future not with 98kg weigh in weight I will try to fill out that limit in the coming years making myself 109kg starving to the weigh in than I will be competitive.

    It’s a long road till there but I love the grind and will never settle for anything less than max progress 🙂 at the right places.

    I drink 4 litres in offseason in prep much more when I am hungry 🙂 then I go up to 6-8litres in the endphase basically weeing the whole day

    today one day off of plan food having a nice morning walk with wifey then bigbreakfast and some treats and in evening sushi date with wifey tomorrow back to the plan 3500/3100 kcals and 28 days till my first pro show in portugal:)
