I would say it is very person dependent.
Some digest it well others don’t if it fits and sits well in your belly go for it. -

Focus more on the logbook and getting strong if you notice getting to fat bring kcals down for a 4-6 weeks minicut -

don’t think about it too much overthinking is never good use the fuel for some bad ass sessions in the gym the next days you ve got this

I am highly motivated for my first pro show even though I know I will not place anywhere near the top 10???? I don’t care I see myself in the future not with 98kg weigh in weight I will try to fill out that limit in the coming years making myself 109kg starving to the weigh in than I will be competitive.It’s a long road till there but I love the grind and will never settle for anything less than max progress 🙂 at the right places.

I drink 4 litres in offseason in prep much more when I am hungry 🙂 then I go up to 6-8litres in the endphase basically weeing the whole day

Just shows different in people bur for ultimate peaking I would always take it out 3 days before 🙂 -

today one day off of plan food having a nice morning walk with wifey then bigbreakfast and some treats and in evening sushi date with wifey tomorrow back to the plan 3500/3100 kcals and 28 days till my first pro show in portugal:)
