I think you’ve answered your own question there 🙂 A chiro or massage therapist can help you out on this and I would ask this person as well if that can help you. Otherwise I wouldn’t ever advise to take muscle relaxers.

Get your blood checked and this will tell you where you need to improve and what to take but I think jordan only mentioned the vital support if you are natural and a cruise phase or down phase is not the same as natural just my opinion 🙂

I am with craig starting with a 300-500kcal increase from the kcal where you lost weight is a good amount to start out and adjust from there using your logbook and the mirror as your objectives.

Yep we are into full lockdown since tuesday. Fortunately I can train in a gym near vienna but yeah mentally it’s taking its toll on all of us this year.

It’s like the question if you should weigh your rice raw or cooked weight, You should always stay consistent with the position you choose so you have an objective.

I think this totally depends on the muscularity you carry and how tall you are. Taller guys mostly get away with more weight difference than smaller ones.

I can only speak from personal experience because I never used to do cardio in my offseason and hdl was shit checked bloods and the only thing I changed was to up my cardio to 25mins a day and it improved.

So cycle update again after I spoke to Stefan we decided to do a cruise till the end of the year, because I really don’t feel well anymore. I think 2020 is taking its toll on me mentally. With everyday there’s another restriction or no possibility to train anywhere, so let’s just make the best out of 2020 and give the body some rest from the anabolics to be fresh for 2021.

Took out the npp because I don’t really feel a difference when it’s in or not. So I am currently at 750test e a week and 12,5mg aromasin e2d . I really think I’ll be better of with test only

me if you took in 5k before. For minicut. But also depends how your bodyfat levels are right now. But 10-12 weeks is a bit long I would go for 6-8 weeks the longestYesh ive decided 4-6 weeks man try get myself in a good spot so if shows definitely go ahead im ready for a 8-10 week prep to jump into a show
