Yes I did only eat about 600gr carbs of rice and oats cooked
and then every 2 hours a sip of gatorade and just a little dry cookie ????
to keep my vacuum pose 🙂

Sugar won‘t hurt you at all it‘s completely okei you need some good quick sugars pwo.
If it doesn‘t trigger you to eat more than on the dietplan or macros then go for it;) -
So weigh in day has come apparently 11 hours till the weigh in.
And when I am weighed in every 1 1/2 hours about 100gr of carbs
out of rice chicken, oats, fruit, sugar, honey. Everything that sits well in my and digests easy to still be able to hit that vacuum pose and control my midsection. let‘s do it???? -
More information is needed man, otherwise a recommendation would be senseless 🙂

Waking up at 6.30 morning little earlier weigh in today still down to 99,5kg
I will have no sweetner today, weighed out salt and fluid
(5gr and 4litres)
Last training before the comp some upperbody blood flow training and prepping everything for the trip tomorrow. -
I feel you man I had to make weight for classic even though my 104kg were already shredded. I had 11days straight no carb, 1 day left till the travel for the weigh in in Pilsen. See you there buddy. Enjoy your carb meals.

I personally only need 9-10gr but I am very sensible cause i don’t drink any coffee or so. the recommended dosage is 18gr
