Always prep your meals the day before. If it‘s hard to get in whole food meals try some kind if shakes like oat whey shakes this makes it much easier so you just can sip it whenever you need to. Also I see no reason you cannot eat carbs on other day times.
As long as you get all your food for the day in you will be fine. -
If you eat the same everyday, weigh yourself on an empty stomach innthe morning than it is a good measurement
If you do drink eat anything different it‘s normal your body reacts to it and you may weigh more or less -

There is no specific area fat loss unfortunately you will have to diet down even further to get those stubborn places lean and fat free.

cream of rice because of absorption but if oats sit well in your stomach you can even eat them, but for the fastest absorption rice or cream of rice

If your shape is perfect don‘t do anything special
If you would have asked a few days earlier you could have started to do mild things like drink some aspagarus tea to lose some water but won‘t change much.
Just enjoy your shoot comp no magic trocks in the last week if the shape is already finished if not you have to diet longer or more aggressively -
100,5kgs morning weight today so we can say we did it burned down all the weight from 104,4 kg (as shown in pictures below) cause i think this was my best shape
But I do what needs to be done!!! PERIOD -
Bike Cardio will help you a lot with the ROM???? You will be back in the gym in no time????????

95% of Himalayan salt is sodium chloride & sodium chloride has been known to raise blood pressure ..but if you aren’t going over board with it then the Himalayan salt in the right amount is actually healthy for you

So we are apparently 6 days out!!!
Last legtraining today nothing crazy just some blood flow without destroying too much fibres I want my legs to be sliced on that classic stage in 6 days time.
Food still at no carb as mentioned above.
In austria it’s fuckin hot 30degrees outside I drink about 10 litres a day and a good amount of sodium to stay away from cramps.
