If you have bb goals i would always go for the mirror
makes no sense to be at 10% but still look shit in the mirror -
I never had good arms but connection is everything plus execute perfectly and contract hard

I find it good to do it pwo to lower the blood sugar from my intraworkout carb shake so I suggest don’t overthink too much do what fits your schedule

Find a carb source which fits your belly well maybe something like white or brown rice and add an intraworkout carb shake to keep up blood sugar levels ????
I personally like to eat preworkout oats whey ricemilk but 2 hours before my workout preworkout 9gr of prepare intraworkout:
2 scoops Sustain plus 2 scoops of mps max this combo brings me the best workouts 🙂 -

raw eggwhites will not fit my stomach very well. Also would be very hard for me to digest -

Try to put boiling water over it makes it much more easier to digest it.
If they still bloat you switch the carb source -
The kcal drop does not depend on the anavar, If you are still too fat drop kcals but much more information is needed for good advice

Always only add food when needed . There is simply no reason to add kcals every calendar week

Depends on how much you plan to eat and what fits your daily macros, Always weigh the rice dry, If you weigh it cooked you will always have a different weight because of water weight

Why views? Just has to fit your diet and all low sugar things have some kind of sweeteners if you aren‘t in your last week before the competition and it fits your belly well go for it!!!
