    Something with fibre in it will help you but first i would look at my diet and change the things which cause me these issues

    cardiowalk 2500steps in the morning then one new client meetup and massage work getting done!
    the last massage before my comp!

    Happy about that don‘t like that look though feeling very soft from behind .
    But yeah gotta do what I gotta do to fit the limit!

    Newest low today 102,7 WOWWW ???? i haven‘t been that light in a while
    No carb since monday and dropping weight like crazy .
    I feel like it burns all the intramuscular fat cells now I do everything in my power to fit the 100kg limit on 22.6 Classic Physique Pro qualifier to win that overall.
    It‘s in my mind all day!!!
    Posing stretching routine practice training eating resting I can‘t do any more than that . The judges will decide if I am ready for that pro league.

    4-5 litres in offseason
    6-8 in diet
    and also on hot summerdays when you sweat drink more ans salt adequately to replenish electrolytes
