    Hi kennth
    t3 for the acutal burning and upping the bodys own t3 and t4 to save the feedback when you take out the t3 the normal level of t3 stays within the normal range

    If you can digest everything well it shouldn‘t be a problem matey but if it sits in your belly switch up to faster digesting carb sources

    So guys I finished 4th at the nabba worlds which was a huge disappointment to me at first cause I wanted to win but had no chance against bigger guys a russian , gym georgiu and nabba mr britain 2019
    Here are a few pics I have from the stage after I looked at these I saw it was a good performance of me so I am okei with the placing and happy.
    2 weeks now onto zero carb plans are made we gonna bring me nasty peeled to the qualifier in PILSEN Czech VIRUS OPEN !!! I want that card so bad I will earn it????????????????
