First night in Belfast done. praise the lord I had a very good sleep and a lot of wee in the night was very pleased with the shape I was waking up to.
Today 800-1000 gr of carbs to get me locked and loaded for tomorrow. Getting registered and tanned today. Can‘t wait for tomorrow???? -
103,2 kg weigh in this morning. Started to carb up currently on the busride to belfast.

Carb up start today!
Weighing in at 103,2kg which I am very happy with last competition weight was 104,0kg so the package I will bring on saturday should be improved 🙂 -
I like stevia but unfortunately I always overdo it in diet????

Last deload day coming up with a newest low 103,5kgs
Sleep was a little bit better today still not optimal I hope the antibiotics do theirnwork -
Switch to almond butter if that doesn’t sit well you may not digest nuts well in general

So I will skip my last 2 days of deload because of inflammation and antibiotics I don‘t wanna risk something
