got a little cough now this diet there is always a little something which trys to hold me back but I want back off I will backcheck with the doc if it is no pneumonia, Because health is still the most important thing to me. -
I don’t see any reason weighing foods cooked always do it dry cause it depends on the amount of water you put in to cook it which can vary a lot

You don’t need to donzero carbs the whole day I never did zero on non training days as you said cause of satiation and also cause I need to consume a whole lot of calories in an offseason.
So give yourself 2-3 prot carb meals it won’t hurt you -
I agree with Kuba makes zero difference if you want to get leaner push harder and take kcals to a deficit

Thats right but always depends on your carbintake. With carbs in every meal you can stay lean as fuck your sensitivity will decrease

True it will but sometimes you need to put in as much as possible and if you recognize it‘s getting too much sou need to back off for a few days if digestion and sensitivity is back time to go again -
