    It is all about being sensible with what you take in buddy if it is one or 2 glasses nothing bad will happen but don‘t overdo it or do it on a daily basis

    Today‘s weigh in 106,9 kg and I am fucking pissed dytide is waterrebounding me.
    I want to get down to 104 kg as soon as possible I wanna come 1kg tighter to the worlds as to the austrian championship.

    Usually close stance but research shows a normal stance squat with toes outwards targets it the most.

    Yes in my experience sleep apnea has a lot to do with too high body fat or water rebound from a show

    On restdays I usually try to rest as much as possible and only do my grocery shopping and some cardio and mobility work.
