The question should be how much cardio do you have to do to bring it up 🙂 and not what to take 😉 35 isn’t that bad imo but still watch over it same goes with creatinine -

If you train eod really watch your logbook progression and recovery. You might need a little more after a heavy legs one but you will have to try n error for yourself 🙂 Managing recovery capabilities is what it comes down to talking about volume and frequency.

me if you took in 5k before. For minicut. But also depends how your bodyfat levels are right now. But 10-12 weeks is a bit long I would go for 6-8 weeks the longest -

Panatta chest press 2 sets
Barbell military press 2 sets
Decline close grip benchpress 2 sets

Are you sure the aromasin is legit? and yes you heard that right could be the tren. Try to increase aromasin if that doesn’t help it’s probably fake. Fake aromasin would be insane??♂️ strange strange world if someone fakes aromasin?
