halycon is perfect for me postworkout to calm down I can really feel it calms me down very good and add the suppneeds sleep stack to my pre bed regime 🙂 for better sleep quality

Yes it is very person depending I wouod say if you have good legs and recover well from stairs I wouldn’t care about that but otherwise it is an issue and I would cut down food more or and get more steps in maybe on the treadmill

I think it is always about are you recovering properly and progressing over time 🙂 and if you recover from less add a little volume and backcheck if you can recover from
this.
For me personally the volume has to be low cause I attack every workset but as you said the widow maker set is extremely crazy???????? -

You do not “need” it man 🙂 You can have it . If you are enhanced you have your muscle protection and also as a natural competitior you could do it without eaas 🙂 But it’s a nice add on for fasted morning cardio

I like to push carbs first and add a lot of fats ore bed if it is needed kcal wise cause fats are so kcalndense and easy digestive in an evening
