Sure legtraining is more demanding cause it is a huge musclegroup buddy so just take your pwo meal up in kcals ans carbs 🙂

If it sits well in your stomach go for it buddy 🙂 Better would be a fast acting carb with no fat but it’s about balance if you do not want to compete

I would use the app fddb buddy and try out when your goal is to add more muscle stay in a range of 500kcal surplus thats a good range

Today i took the overall and proclass win at the nabba austrian championship ☺️
Was a little sickish but inflammation got better by the day.
Next one nabba worlds 8.6 -

Yes I reduce the amout of protein to 170gr per day.
Yes try to eliminate any fiber except from oats and rice.
I used 1/2 tab of dytide 24 hours before stage.
It’s person dependend with diuretics but dytide serves me well and I do not loose fullness as I drink and salt as normal.
No magic fixes in the last week if bodyfat is where has to be and otherwise you’re in a bad position for a competition if bodyfat is not on the level it should be.Thanks matey I will get mine in Pilsen(Czech )Proqualifier on 20th of june.
But first I will have fun to present what I have worked for at my bodybuilding comps.

First carb up day in !
Back and biceps deload training went in at 5.30 am
then started to carb load on 800 gr carbs today.
Now I am feeling a little more alive but still very tired cause of all
the carbs.
tomorrow there is a barber session on and another carb up day with 800 gr of carbs and 4gr of salt with as much fluid as I need -
Last day before carbing up tomorrow ????
can’t wait.
Did a volume pushsession:
db side lateral 4 sets
hs revese sh press 3 sets
hs incline chest press 3 sets
cable flyes 2 sets
tri crossbody pushdowns
overhead tr extensions
and some posing afterwards! -
Today restday “relaxing” at home trying to stay on track. Thursday carb up can’t wait to feel a little more alive
