    Today another day where i felt very dizzy and unwell still got my training in.
    I have to put back in my bloodpressure meds for what reason ever I thought i could cut out.
    Plus taking a preworkout wasn‘t the best idea.
    Learned my lesson tuesday bloodpressure meds will be back and no more preworkout for me in these last weeks.

    2. intra shake
    3. chicken rice veggies
    4. oats isolate berries peanutbutter

    6. eggwhites 3 whole eggs walnuts

    Today newest low: 103,7 was weeing hard in that night. Really annoying but shape is awesome . Today there is a new legday video coming up on the site

    Today last legtraining before my first comp planned with valentin.
    I will train at about 80% metabolic bloodflow training.
    Don‘t wanna create to much damage and lactic acid.
    I want my hammis and glut be chiseled for the stage.
    As best as possible , Unfortunately I don‘t have gluts like Ben Howard????
    Love his cuts.

    Schedule:
    lying legcurls
    Pendulum squat
    Belt squat
    add ss abd
    calfraises seated
    leg extensions

    This will be about it 🙂

    So the last week is coming up!!!
    Plans:
    Training:
    Friday last legday( submaximal)
    Saturday: Arms
    Sunday: Push
    Monday: Pull
    Tuesday: Rest
    Wednesday: Push
    Thursday: Pull
    Friday: Just posing

    Food:
    depends on how my body is reacting will check in with Stefan everyday.
    Planned Load Thurday and Friday 700-800gr carbs nothing dramatic we do not deload at all as these 250 that I have right now are very low for me.
    We also recognized the last seasons I have to load on carbs brutally high if I cut carbs a few days before.
    We want everything to sit well in my stomach to have a superb tight belly onstage which is very important for my physique.
    Salt and fluid we will leave the same maybe a little higher sodium on thursday and friday but also nothing crazy.

    Gear:
    We decided that test prop will stay the whole week through
    GH i going out the day after tomorrow so 1 week out.

    Will be nearly the last session before my first comp where I push to failure.
    In comp week I try to get a good bloodflow in each muscle group without going to failure.

    Today’s pushsession was so good which made me one happy boy.
    Incline gym 80 press 1l 1b
    Gym 80 pl loaded sh press 1l 1b
    Seated cable flyes 2 straight sets 15reps each
    bent over cable laterals 2 straightsets 20-30reps
    incline bench db laterals 2 highrepsets
    schnell machine laterals 2 highrepsets
    crossover cable tri extensions 2 highrepsets
    panatta overhead extensions 2 highrepsets
    Pump on each highrepset was superb and strength on the main moves very good.
    Preworkout with 20gr og PREPARE and 1 tab of redcon 1 mental trigger was the best I’ve had in a while.
    Sometimes such little things as a good workout make you so happy.
    Diet makes you see everything from a different perspective.
    Being more thankful for every little thing????

    I am David but I learned my way to ease in a bit on backoffsets and straight pumpsets to let some RIR.
    To not fuck up my cns to bad????.

    Oh so you use letro the whole diet from start interesting but had it not been enough to put it in let say 5 weeks out. I mean pushing down the estrogen in the bottom lowers both igf-1 and fat burning?!. Iam absolutely not saying that you made something wrong because your pictures are crazy, really good it looks !!

    I have very high estrogen without using it and Stefan an me decided to do so.

    Today me and wifey have wedding anniversary. Fits perfectly cause I still feel very beat up so wie gotta have a day of enjoying some massage pedicure treatments. Unfortunately no extra food for me but that’s not so hard as I am very focused on winning all the shows I will attend this year. I feel confident saying this even though I don’t know who will show up but I try my best to be unbeatable.
