Besides that my restday is very much needed now after a legsession on friday and density day on saturday my legs feel like stones, So today enjoying a little time with the family.
The calm before the storm 1 week and 6 days.
Mentally I am so fucking ready for my first showing???????????? -
After yesterday’s legsession I felt very beat up but still did that density day with Val today!

I was very happy yesterday that stefan was happy with the shape.

I did a lot of steps today visiting the inner city of vienna to get my mind off of food.

Bought some Vit C Supps and new Whey isolate today, did a few daynaps and last but not least did some blackrolling stretching and mobility work.

As @james hollingshead mentioned in his stories today some days are just tough because the apetite is skyhigh and not more food to eat????

I struggle to get the Db‘s into position at the seated press so i just did a standing press as kind of backoffset.

That was it for today.Weight 106,2kg Stefan and I were very pleased with the look I had at the checkin today in LIVE;)

Afterwards did deeptissue massage for my legs and that was it for today.

1,5kg will drop from GH as we will cut it to half 2 weeks out and 1 week out we pull it all out to get grainy as I always hold a ton of water from GH
For the last week we add in 30mg of anavar and that will give me that perfect look onstage.
Haven‘t had anavar before in a prep sonwe will see how this turns out. -

the named above. Vacuum breathing exercises helped me the most, Overeating I did in every offseason cause I had to consume a lot if cals to grow some kind of tissue.
But gut health definitely, A lot of digestive enzymes and only consumed foods which fit my gut. -
Waist is so tight dude!

Mike I mostly do straight sets.
On my last isolation exercises on curls sideraises or something like that I do some pump stuff like dropsets or restpause stuff where I do not count/note reps and weight. -
