    1 day half the gh and 1kg drop this is what I like to see
    Stefan and me were very happy with the 105,3kg checkin today!
    Pics shown below.

    Besides that my restday is very much needed now after a legsession on friday and density day on saturday my legs feel like stones, So today enjoying a little time with the family.
    The calm before the storm 1 week and 6 days.
    Mentally I am so fucking ready for my first showing????????????

    After yesterday’s legsession I felt very beat up but still did that density day with Val today!
    – mobilty work
    -Db rdl’s 105kgx4, 95kgx6
    -BB incline press 130×5, 100×12
    -Seated upperbackrow 2×10
    -pulldowns superset with flyes
    -sideraisemachine

    some posing afterwards and now I am dying????????
    I will not surrender this year I push my bidy to its absolute limits. Had a little hypo post postw but all good just switching some macros around.

    Since today down to 3ius of gh
    and 30mg of anavar in preworkout.

    6ius of gh the last day today
    down to 3ius and 1 week out all the gh out

    todays legsession in topgym was amazing:
    -legcurls seated
    -reverse banded hacksquat
    -banded horizontal legpress
    -smith bulgarian split squats
    -glut hamraises
    – adductor ss abductor
    – calfraises standing ss seated
    Calfstretch.
    The whole workout with a formcheck will be online very soon.
    I was very depleated post legday so the video wasn‘t that good
    So stefan told me to load 200 gr of carbs today in the evening

    I really enjoy the ricepudding with some jam ????.
    Density day up tomorrow to utilize all the extra carbs if today 🙂
    with Valentin in Intelligent strength das gym.

    Today restday!
    I was very happy yesterday that stefan was happy with the shape.

    I did a lot of steps today visiting the inner city of vienna to get my mind off of food.

    Bought some Vit C Supps and new Whey isolate today, did a few daynaps and last but not least did some blackrolling stretching and mobility work.

    As @james hollingshead mentioned in his stories today some days are just tough because the apetite is skyhigh and not more food to eat????

    But that’s just the way it is, sit down rest and looking forward to a superb legsession tomorrow which we will be filming for you guys 🙂

    I struggle to get the Db‘s into position at the seated press so i just did a standing press as kind of backoffset.

    Today Pushsession in another gym( where stefan works)
    High Incline DB Press 55×5
    Standing DB Press 18×12
    Decline Chestpress 1l 1b
    Closegrip decline barbell press 1l 1b
    Db Sideraises 2 dropsets
    Lying cable laterals superset with tri pushdowns 3/3
    Incline cable fly 2 highrepsets
    Overheadtriextensions superset with dips 2/2 highrepsets
    That was it for today.

    Weight 106,2kg Stefan and I were very pleased with the look I had at the checkin today in LIVE;)

    Afterwards did deeptissue massage for my legs and that was it for today.

    1,5kg will drop from GH as we will cut it to half 2 weeks out and 1 week out we pull it all out to get grainy as I always hold a ton of water from GH
    For the last week we add in 30mg of anavar and that will give me that perfect look onstage.
    Haven‘t had anavar before in a prep sonwe will see how this turns out.

    Did practice some posing afterwards with Valentin.
    First try of PREPARE mental focus was very good and bloodflow as well????

    Yes all
    the named above. Vacuum breathing exercises helped me the most, Overeating I did in every offseason cause I had to consume a lot if cals to grow some kind of tissue.
    But gut health definitely, A lot of digestive enzymes and only consumed foods which fit my gut.

    I haven’t has this from day one.
    All the muscles built up around that midsection (quads, delts, back) makes it look that tight

    Very happy with the looks.
    after a carb up on thursday everything is coming together nicely.
    2 weeks 6days till 2 comp.

    Today’s legday was superb.
    •Lying legcurls at the original DY legcurlmachine very nice peak contraction 3 sets 10 reps
    •Beltsquat 10reps, 18reps constanttension
    •Gym80 horizontal legpress 12 reps, dropset 10reps
    •legcurls seated supersetted with legextensions 3rounds
    •adductor 3 sets 20-10 reps
    •seated calfraises 3 sets 20/15/10 reps

    That was it for today!

    Mike I mostly do straight sets.
    On my last isolation exercises on curls sideraises or something like that I do some pump stuff like dropsets or restpause stuff where I do not count/note reps and weight.

    800 gr carbs to see if gluts are saggy cause of depletion.
    Tomorrow going down on 3100/3000
    kcals
    It’s getting crispy now. Time to suffer and get the work done.
